Perfect Blue and White Weekend

House was perfect for our Blue and White weekend. Great location, close to downtown and the stadium. Living room and kitchen had everything we needed, the gas fireplace was a nice touch. Bedrooms were great sizes and the beds were comfy.

Lovely quiet Neighborhood!

Highly enjoyed our stay in State College! Perfect for a golf tournament at the Penn State golf courses. We were very happy to have been able to bring our dogs and the house had all the amenities we needed.

Cole was great and his property was excellent for my family and I. It is a great location in proximIty to PSU and downtown. The house was well stocked for daily conveniences. Highly recommend

Great stay for Ironman 70.3 Happy Valley!

We loved our stay for the Ironman 70.3 race! A great, quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, with welcoming touches like coffee, and creamer! Plenty of room to spread out, and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. Would also be a great stay for a football weekend, due to it’s proximity to campus!

House right outside PSU campus

Great house close to PSUs campus! The house has lots of modern renovations and was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our weekend long stay. Would definitely come again!

Great Football Weekend House

The house was great, exactly as described. It was easy to walk to the football game. We were able to have the space to visit with our daughter so she and her friends could get some home cooked meals. Definitely recommend this house!

Weekend getaway with college daughter and friends

Wonderful from start to finish. All our needs were met. The house was beautiful. Beds very comfortable. And during a power outage owner stayed in touch with us to make sure our needs were accommodated. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Great stay!

This was the 3rd time we've stayed at this house when visiting State College. Everything was wonderful, as it was the other times we stayed there. The kitchen is stocked, and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The location is great too--so close to town. Cole checked in when we got there and was totally available. My daughter even left something there by mistake and he went out of his way and shipped it to us. Best host I've experienced at VRBO/their competitors.!

State College arts festival weekend

Home was great! Nicely decorated with every amenity possible! Beds were very comfortable and rooms were pleasant. We utilized the outdoor patio every morning for coffee and then in the evening as well. The patio area could use a little TLC. The back faces a hotel parking lot which was a little eye sore, but honestly we loved the place overall. Thanks Ronnie !

A wonderful stay

This is the second time we have stayed at Cole's house. The location is fantastic, and the house is warm, welcoming and comfortable with very nice touches. We were there for New Years Eve, and were putting together a small spread to celebrate. Cole had every pot/pan we would need, spices/oils and plenty of utensils for cooking and serving. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of nice towels. This truly is as close to stay in your own home as you can get. Don't hesitate to stay here. Thank you again Cole!

Perfect home for family volleyball weekend at PSU.

This home is awesome. Updated and great decor. Comfy beds. Plenty of linens! Communicating with the host prior to arrival was quick and easy. We didn’t need to contact during our stay because the home has everything you need. Kitchen items. Fire pit out back. We had 6 adults in the home. My husband and me…and my college aged son and 3 friends and it was perfect. Easy walk to Rec Hall for volleyball. Quick 3 minutes drive to all the fun and food of downtown. Grocery store very close. We would stay here again!

Perfect Property

We can’t say enough positive things about this property. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The property owner thought of every our need and was very accessible and helpful regarding checking in and out. It was the perfect size for our family of four and was around the corner from campus while also centrally located to shops and restaurants. Will definitely plan to stay here again on future trips!

Just Perfect

This is the first time we’ve rented and we could not have been more pleased with everything. Cole supplied everything we needed and more. It was such a comfortable home in a safe area. We were able to walk to Beaver Stadium I brought my two 5# dogs and he even left some dog treats for them. I would definitely stay there again. It was a great family weekend.
