Relax in the theater & enjoy a movie or in the recreation room w/wet bar or on 1 of the 2 outdoor patios, one with a unique, built in fire/grill. Gas grill available. Covered dock & fishing pier, with guest boat slip. Over 300’ of water frontage, gentle sloping cove. Water is less than 50' from the house. Public boat ramp 3 miles away. 15 mns to downtown Wedowee.

Perfect Vacation Spot

I must say, Nikki and her husband are the best hosts. From the moment we walked in the house, no detail was missed. The kitchen is fully stocked with, pots, pans, and dishes and a wonderful bottle of wine was waiting for us. Plenty of outdoor toys to keep our little one busy and our adult children active. It rained most of our trip and there was plenty to do to keep us busy. The movie room was a great treat. I can’t recommend this place more. There’s not much to do in town, but if you’re going somewhere to relax and enjoy the lake, this is your place!

A Little Slice of Heaven

Many great houses have names to convey their magnificence, e.g., Briar Creek, Summer Hill, etc. This house deserves a name! It is simply lovely. My family and I stayed for four days, and it was four days of bliss. The house is well-appointed and simply and elegantly decorated. No matter where your eye falls in the house, you will find beauty. The gourmet kitchen is well stocked with items to prepare and serve meals. The house has an abundance of towels and extra linens--even a pack & play and sleeping bags! The master bedroom and bathroom are fit for royalty. The other bedrooms are beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds. This beautiful house was immaculately clean and the host provided staples, such as toiletries, paper towels, tissue paper, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, and laundry detergent to get us started. It was clear to us that so much thought had been put into making sure that we enjoyed our stay. The patio and backyard that abut the lake are fabulous with lots of seating areas to sit back and relax and enjoy the lake and natural beauty. We spent many hours just relaxing there. Nikki is a wonderful host and made sure that we knew she was available to address any issue at a moments notice. There were no issues; our stay was perfect! If you are going to stay in Lake Wedowee or the surrounding areas, run not walk to this home as both it and its hosts are among the best I've ever encountered on any rental platform.

Such an amazing home on a beautiful part of Lake Wedowee!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing home on Lake Wedowee. From its beautiful enterior, super fun theatre , awesome dock and no stairs to get to the water !!!! Our entire family loved our stay and can't wait to book again :)

summer lake vacation

every year we seek to spend time on Lake Wedowee . One of my favorite places ever. I tend to browse rentals and have been renting properties each summer on Wedowee for 6+ years. This property is well beyond luxury. The grounds are well kept and access to the lake is so simple for everyone - just walk a few steps down to the water . The way you would imagine living on the lake . Inside - too many neat & well designed aspects of the house to mention. kids loved the movie theatre - Dad loved the professional kitchen - Mom loved the beds & insanely comfortable spa like bathrooms - wonderful host as well . She ensured we were comfortable & I got the sense that she would have assisted us with anything we would have needed - but you will not at this property. Comfort all around - look forward to next year

Amazing house and location

Amazing house! Everything was clean, organized and top quality. Stayed here with 2 other couples and our infants and there was plenty of space. The backyard/dock was kid friendly which was a huge plus. Definitely going to be staying again.

Wonderful weekend

My family and I would definitely recommend this beautiful lake house. Nikki was quick to respond and so easy to work with. The house is gorgeous and is on a fabulous flat lot steps from the water. The interior is beautiful, and we enjoyed the home theater too. We look forward to booking this house again.

Lake Perfection

Beautiful updated house in a quiet neighborhood on Lake Wedowee. Great location with a flat lot. I would highly recommend renting this amazing house. We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Home, Quiet Area

The pictures don’t do this house justice- it’s beautiful! The living room and kitchen area is open and spacious. There are two table areas for eating or playing board games. Speaking of board games- there are plenty to choose from along with movies to watch in the awesome theater room. The beds are comfortable and the house was spotless. Plenty of room for two families to share. The lake is only steps away, with a great dock to tie your boat to (we rented ours from Bass Monkey which is nearby). The house is tucked away in a quiet secluded area, but a quick 5min drive to downtown Wedowee for groceries and coffee. Great communication from the friendly host. We will be back!!

Amazing Stay! Great Location!

We have rented a lot of houses on the lake, but this property was one of the top properties we have ever stayed! Interior of the home is absolutely beautiful. Steps to the lake. Great views from the house! House is very accommodating, everything you need in the kitchen, movies, games, etc. Home theatre was a hit for all ages. They have kayaks, a canoe and paddle board available for guests. The owner Nikki was quick at communicating and very helpful! Would highly recommend this property!

Lake Wedowee

Wonderful stay. The house is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. So many upgrades to the house. The media room was something we used every night. The location on the lake was perfect, a nice big but quiet cove. The water depth for jumping in was about 4’, so not as deep as we like, but so much room to SUP, canoe etc. Also loved the quiet neighborhood. Perfect vacation rental.

Stunning!

This place is a gem! Close to the water very little slope, instruction on island were perfectly done! The game and entertainment room/area inside home was way better than the add! Perfect for what we needed. Easy to find and check in! Only would recommend different door stops for all doors so walls would be more guarded from potential damage to property, spoke with home owner about it and they agreed. They are great hosts and very attentive to their guests. We do lake stays allot over the summer and will definitely go back! If they will have us!🤓

Stunning Lakefront Home

My family and I booked this home on beautiful Lake Wedowee and we were thrilled upon pulling up to this beautiful home. The property sits on a nice lakefront lot. The interior of the home is superb! The host was wonderful and very responsive. We will definitley be re-booking to stay in this wonderful home.

House is in a very peaceful and quiet area. Gentle slope from the house to the water. Wide cove (Bradley Cove) offers beautiful view. Gradual lake slope and secluded cove make this location a safer environment for children.
