DISCOUNT FOR MONTHLY IS ONLY MAY TO NOVEMBER 14TH. 1925 Historic house completely renovated!!! Gorgeous decor!!! Featured in tour of homes book. Can walk or a bicycle to the nearby beaches, parks, public golf course fishing piers, boating, & surfing. Downtown dining, art galleries, library & shopping. 2 blocks to the intracoastal waterway & Lake Worth Bridge or 1 mile walk over bridge to beautiful Lake worth Beach. Has a NEW lagoon pool & Grill. There is a table to dine outside & plenty of umbrellas & tables. It has 3 bedrooms 2
upstairs. Also has a desk for someone who needs to work in Master.Neighborhood is predominately historic homes. The area is a good non- Crime Place. Lake Worth town is a couple blocks away & you can walk to it & it has always a lot of activities and really great restaurants. Does have an upstairs & front steps to get into the house. it is all hurricane proof windows doors.
**There’s just a few things to know for 3wk rentals or more there is a cap rate. If you go over $125 for electric you will have to pay Overage. Also gas rate is $45. POOL HEATER is $20 a day. We will refund you if you follow our instructions and don't leave it on all night. We do require you have cleaning if you stay long term 4wks or longer, We have a maid and you will pay them directly. WE NO LONGER ACCEPT LARGE PETS W/ LONG HAIR! NO PETS IN POOL. IN POOL AREA AFTER 9PM QUIETNESS REQUIRED DUE TO CITY ORDIANCE AND NEIGHBOR WHO WORKS. Also we do not allow any parties at all if you're thinking about inviting over other guests that aren't registered with us then you will need to let us know ahead of time. If you do have a party or don't let us know about extra guest you will forfeit your deposit unfortunately there's been some incidences in the area that have caused big concern and we cannot have that happen to us we pride ourselves on having a lovely place and no issues at all

Charming

The stay here was very comfterable. Pool was inviting. (I would scale back on the furniture though). Location was close to restaurants, night life, a park for the kiddos, and beach just over the bridge. Found lots to do, palm beach is just a short drive away. The neighborhood was very peaceful even on a fourth of july holiday. Suzanne was quick to respond with any issues and was very accommodating. Hope to visit again, my 5 year old did not want to leave.Thankyou!

Cute Cottage

The house was cozy and charming. You can tell that the owner put a lot of time into remodeling and decorating this property. There were bunch of cool art pieces on the walls and the furniture was comfortable! The back yard needed a little TLC because a lot of the greenery was either over grown or dying and there was trash that I had to clean up before me and my family could enjoy it. My one hang up is the owner checks the cameras on the house while I was staying there with family. I found it a little creepy that she was watching while I was enjoying the back yard. Once I found out I went back into the house.

Wonderful house

We loved our stay at this house. It was a beautiful house so well decorated. It was clean and well equipped. The pool area was fantastic with all the plants, we really enjoyed our time in the backyard. Susanne the property manager was very nice and answered all of our questions. This house is a gem! We will definitely go back to this wonderful house again.

Adorable little historic house

Very cute house! Was on a few blocks walking distance to a nice park along water, we rode bikes into shopping area and it’s maybe a 3 minute drive to beach. Strict rules on certain things but easy to follow. My only 3 complaints were that There’s a crazy amount of seating outside around pool which was a bit overkill and made it difficult to walk around pool and along with the seats, a crazy amount of cushions which made it look sloppy out back as there’s no place to store and you need to put them in a covered area when it rains. When we arrived they were dumped all in front of the door so you couldnt get out back through that door. The the camera system has one of those settings that says hello you are being recorded every time there is motion. Out front, not an issue but the side one, the wind would move a leaf and it would go off it got annoying when trying to relax by pool. Last is that the upstairs is really warm and the rules on thermostat were strict I had a hard time sleeping even with a fan. But even with those two things said I would 100% stay there again.

Best rental ever!

This is an absolutely charming house that just wraps you with love the moment you walk in. My daughter and I stayed here for 3 weeks this summer and enjoyed every minute. Spacious rooms, plenty of lounging space, well equipped kitchen/amenities, plenty of towels, and an absolutely gorgeous pool and backyard. Internet was very reliable for both working and streaming. House is impeccably clean and well maintained. It felt more like a “home” than a rental property. I will definitely want to stay here again the next time I am in the area.

Great Little Cottage

This home is all that you can imagine for a beach community vacation. Although a little car ride to the Lake Worth beach (3 minutes), this beach was the best one we visited. This very clean home is well stocked with beach towels and toys as well as pool accessories. The pool is big plus and a hit for everyone. The owner is so easy to work with and always answered any question promptly. She takes great pride in her home and wants vacationers to enjoy it, too. This is an older community; the house was built in 1925, but you feel very safe, and the community is quiet. We hope others will enjoy their time here as we did.

Cute house, but too many things didn't work

This is a cute little house with nice pool, easy access to the highway and Lake Worth Beach. However, the way this house is managed is poor. Too many items didn't work properly (TV's disconnected, AC didn't stay at the set temp, leak from master shower to 1st floor bedroom ceiling) and we felt that we were being nickeled and dimed on everything throughout the week. I received an absurd amount of texts during the week from the House Manager (although a true reflection of what didn't work and what needed attention in the house), which made for a stressful and not relaxing week. I arrived home exhausted. The final straw was after we left, I received texts from the House Manager with pictures of missing towels and pillow cases--asking if we perhaps packed them by mistake. Only hear that they were found in the house.

This is about the property manager Susanne, who does speak Creole and French. I am a super host on Airbnb & on VRBO with another owners property. I also had my own rentals for 18 years and sold them. However the new owner has me managing them. I am American and Swiss I lived abroad for 12 years. I am very educated and have a masters degree. I also have a brokers License in real estate & Contractors license. I am fun-loving and actually really like people I have no problem communicating and you can call me at anytime for any issue the owner Sue is somewhat like this as far as personality and if she needs to be contacted it is fine with her.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

This house is not only beautiful. the pool is fantastic & it is close to Lake Worth Beach. you can walk or you can ride the bike. you also can go to the town where there’s lots of fine dining. West Palm Beach & city place are not far away and you can go south to Delray Beach which is not far away. There’s plenty of golf in the area. You can go to peanut Island and scuba dive or snorkel and see plenty of things there’s a lot of fun things to do in this area. Disneyland is about two hours
