The house has a beautiful ocean view from an outside porch that is divine. The screened in porch was comfortable with plenty of space for our family The children loved the twin beds in the room with the little toy chest. We were close enough to walk to all the shops but far enough we heard no noise but the sound of the wind.

Clean and well maintained property very close to beach. Loved the location. Unit was well supplied with untencils and cookware for those visitors who eat in for some meals. (Be sure to bring your own spices, oils, and other basic cooking ingredients. Nothing on-hand.)

Clean, family vacation spot

We loved this home on Tybee Island. It was VERY clean and everyone commented on how clean/good the house smelled as soon as we walked in. We wish there were more kitchen dish towels, as we stayed a week and did a fair amount of dishes, along with drying little hands all week long. That’s not a huge issue though and we will definitely consider coming back to this location. We are already planning to come back to Tybee with the grandparents next year! The location was very safe and quiet. We walked almost everywhere for the week, which was convenient for us. Loved this spot for our family.

Family Graduation

Came to watch my son graduate from grad school over at the Enmark Stadium in Savannah. The house was very nice it did have some noticeable storm damage, obvious water damage to the walls and ceiling that were not mentioned when booking. The garage had recently been flooded, most likely from all the rain. The house was a tad dusty. But we did enjoy. It was still pleasant and beautiful.

Great location on Tybee Island

We loved the location, the easy access to the beach, walkable to restaurants. The house was great with a nice open plan for the kitchen/living/dining area so it was easy to visit. The screen porch was wonderful. Furniture was very comfortable.

So close to the beach

Cleanliness- 10/10 Comfort - 10/10 Location - 10/10 Not the most updated or modern condo, but it is comfortable and so conveniently close to the beach. We just finished 5 days on Tybee and this place was perfect. Just a short walk to the activity of 16th Street, but far enough away to be away from the busyness. The whole family loved it. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, family friendly location.
