The Penthouse at Las Arenas is a luxury 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom penthouse located on St. Maarten’s longest beach – the Simpson Bay Beach. This 4th floor apartment offers incredible 180 degree ocean, island and mega yacht views.

Featuring a spacious wrap-around balcony, large common pool and direct beach access. Each room has balcony access where you can enjoy amazing views of the islands, like St. Kitts & Nevis, Statia, Saba and Anguilla / French side. The central location means restaurants; shopping, bars are all walking distance.

The condo AND the residence are completely NON SMOKING. It is forbidden to smoke at all times and in all areas - whether exterior or interior - of the residence and condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented a condo in October through Maia at IRE Rentals and the simplest thing I can say was it was fantastic. Kathy met us there to get us checked in, went through everything to make sure we knew how it all worked and voila, here we are on the top floor, beachfront Simpson Bay.We've been coming to St. Martin since 2004 on a more or less regular basis and have stayed in many different places with different companies. One of those a couple of years ago, is how we met Maia from IRE.Great service, great people, great properties. I will use them again on the very next trip. And highly recommend you do the same. In a room with a view.

A quite sanctuary you wont want to leave

We stayed at this property in March and we very happy with the property and the unit which is excellently outfitted, well maintained and updated, and has an inviting view of Simpsons Bay. Owner and property manager were both very accommodating and responsive regarding check in and out procedures and scheduling. The unit is well located if you want a truly beachfront property and appreciate being surrounded by the ocean in a unit which you can easily call home for the duration of your visit. We will definitely return and rent this unit again.
