Amazing Flatirons View on Broadway . 1.3 Miles from the University of Colorado.
Very convenient 3 bedroom 2 bath property located in South Boulder. Bus stop on Broadway is just steps away, which connects to all Boulder locations, the broader Denver metro area, DIA Airport, Eldora Ski Resort, and other Rocky Mountain region locations . A few more steps down the West, and you are walking on trails toward the amazing Flatirons. Just 2 block East is Martin Park, with Bear Creek , new tennis courts and playground for the kids. Bike trail takes you from Martin Park to almost anywhere in Boulder. Whole Foods is just up the street in a shopping center with running, climbing and other stores. Several great restaurants and brewpubs also in walking distance.
Wonderful house to stay at in Boulder. Property manager was very nice and helpful. Great area in Boulder, not very far from anything. Would highly recommend staying here.
Great long weekend stay at Pat's place. The place was clean, had all the essentials, and was in a very convenient location in Boulder. The BEST part was the hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
The place was perfect for our group of 6. Easy access to Boulder activities and university. Great backyard for hanging out. Patrick was good to deal with. Would stay again.
Patrick's home was exactly what we needed! We very much enjoyed being able to bring our dogs with us while we visited our daughter at college. The house was laid back and comfortable for our family of 4.
The landlord was great. He explained everything to us about the house and offered help in finding places to visit, etc. The location was very close to Rocky Mountain Park. Close proximity to grocery stores. A very enjoyable stay.
Everything about this property was easyâcommunication prior to our trip, checking in, and the actual stay. We were traveling with children and there was a travel crib, playmat, and double stroller provided. The property also had a bathtub for the littles. It was clean and comfortable.
Had a great time at the house! Very convenient location and the hot tub was a hit. However it was not cleaned very well when we arrived and we had to wipe down the counters before use. The owner also lives nearby and showed up at the house several times without warning, but he was very nice. Great time though! đ
Oven didnât workLeak in bathroomLeak in fridgeUncomfortable living room furnitureBack yard very peaceful and great for dogs, sitting, grilling and enjoying hottubPretty view from living room
The good: host was very responsive, hot tub was nice and hot, lots of towels, plenty of space and hot water for showers. Heaters for each room, lots of blanketsThe bad: Not cleaned. Sheets were dirty and dirty dishes in dishwasher. Floors werenât vacuumed and swept, leaves/dirt in hot tub, no soap for the dishwasher, no wood for the fire stove
Owner agreed to early check in because my family was arriving to Denver late night, like about 11 pm. All was well, but the owner was sleeping on an air mattress on the floor when we arrived. He said we werenât supposed to be there until the following day at 4
I am a professional snowboarder for the past 29 years. I moved to Boulder in 2004 to head coach the University of Colorado snowboard team. I bought this house in 2009 because of the view and its close location to the University. I the winters I travel the world snowboarding for several companies. I also am a professional snowboard instructor for Vail resorts. In the summer I own an irrigation business that services the Boulder area.
The view from the living room window of the Flatirons is one of the best parts about this property. I would say second is the location and easy access to the best parts of Boulder. Third is the salt water hot tub.
