This property is great for large family gatherings with plenty of space to spread out. This vacation home has a total of 5 bedrooms. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bath upstairs plus this house also has a separated Master Studio Suite in the lower level portion with its own entrance. This Suite has a kitchenette, king bed, twin over full bunkbed, twin pull out sofa and full bathroom with tub/shower. The upper and lower levels of the home are not connected through the inside of the home. They have separate outside entrances. It has a large heated saltwater pool and plenty of outdoor space for grillin and chillin! An abundance of outdoor patio furniture including hammocks for relaxing. On the front porch you can enjoy morning coffee in the sun. Kitchen has a Large dining table with seating for ten people. Open concept living area has large sectional couch and 70 inch TV. This home also has smart TV’s in every bedroom. Location is key with this home! You can walk across the street to the fishing pier to throw in a line or just watch the sunset. Or walk 2 blocks to quaint downtown Palm Harbor which has DeBines Brewery, Salty Lime Cantina, Thirsty Marlin, Fireside Pizza plus more! You can also hop on the Jolly Trolley which will take you to Famous Clearwater Beach or do some shopping in Tarpon Springs. The Pinellas Bike trail is one block away this house has 4 bikes for guests to use. Looking for adventure? Busch Gardens Theme park is only 22 miles away. Also Disney World and Universal Studios are only 76 miles away. Plenty of opportunities for fishing close by with deep sea, backwaters or bass fishing on Lake Tarpon. Plus very close to many beautiful golf courses including the famous Innisbrook- Copperhead Course. Short drive to see any of the major sports teams Go Champa Bay! Bucs, Lighting and Rays! Plus spring training camps for Toronto Blue Jays and Philadelphia Phillies. You really cannot find a better central location to everything Tampa/Clearwater has to offer.

We had a great time visiting this past summer. The house was just as listed and we made the best of being hurricaned out once again for our Florida trip. The property owners were very understanding and allowed a late checkout due to the weather during our stay.

A nice escape but still close to the fun

A unique property in a quiet neighborhood just a few steps from putting your feet in the sand and some very cool places to eat without getting in a car. We were in town to work a softball event in Clearwater. Our family business is a mixed group of immediate & extended family. This house was fantastic as the upstairs is a perfect place for everyone to gather & still have their own space. The separate downstairs (complete w desk & kitchenette) was ideal as I was able to tend to my business matters, calls etc with my own space & sleeping quarters as I was on a different schedule than my crew. Heated pool was a hit with our group, and the owners were awesome to deal with. Can’t wait til next time!

AMAZING pool!

We loved our stay at this Palm Springs house! The finishes were nice and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was pretty well equipped and having two full size fridges was a huge perk! Looks a little bigger in pictures than in person but overall the listing is accurate! As with the other reviews it’s a little awkward to get down to the downstairs or the pool from inside but you get used to it pretty quick. The pool was definitely our favorite part. Very private, clean, and warm. The outside space is so lovely with the palm trees. We enjoyed walking to some restaurants and coffee. We went to honeymoon island beach which was a quick 15min drive and super accessible for kids. The park being just 1 house down is so nice if you have kids! Would definitely recommend this house!

Great place for a family get away!

We loved our experience here! We were traveling with 4 kids under 6 including one infant and it is perfect for that age range. If you’re a parent paranoid about crawlers falling downstairs or toddlers wondering out to the pool this is the place for you!! Because you have to go downstairs to go to the pool the kids couldn’t get there unless an adult was with them. Plus all stairs were outside so the baby couldn’t accidentally crawl down the stairs. Plus it’s proximity to a fabulous park with a dock on the intercostal meant the kids were always entertained! All the adults also were impressed with the quality of the beds. Unlike other Vrbo we’ve been in which aren’t great mattresses, these were very comfy and no back issues. Strongly recommend sandals (duh, it’s Florida) because the rocks between the stairs and the patio are rough on your feet to get to the pool. All in all, we will be returning! Great set up for multigenerational trip with little kids.

Loved having our own pool and the extra suite downstairs! Walked to dinner several times with delicious food choices.The fishing dock and park were added bonuses to this stay. Very well stocked kitchen, towels, bathrooms, etc…Lastly, close proximity to Clearwater attractions.

Fantastic Spring Break Trip!

We loved this house! It felt so cozy and welcoming, and everything was super clean and well set up when we arrived. The backyard pool area was a total highlight — great for hanging out after beach days. The location was awesome too — close to everything we wanted to do but still peaceful. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spring break rental!

Nice escape to the sun

This house is very well located close to a variety of restaurants and access to the Pinellas Trail for walking/cycling. Plenty of space for a family or friends group, though that would likely be better if you could access downstairs from inside the house. It was too cool to use the garden in the evening, but in the middle of the day the pool was great. I'm sure in the middle of summer the seating and fire-pit are a bonus. The bikes available at the house are fine for a short distance, but if you plan on cycling further you would need to bring your own or rent from Tarpon Tom's close by. The nearby market is great for basics and the kitchen is well equipped. The owner was responsive to questions, no problems at all with getting information, would stay again.

Great fit for our family

10 family members fit perfect in this house. Separation of downstairs and upstairs worked out fine but would be nice to access both from inside the house. Property and house was extremely clean and decorated well with everything you need in the kitchen. More wash cloths and hand soap was the only minimal issue mentioned by all. Appreciate the hospitality and ease of renting the unit from the owners. Unfortunately heading back to snow. Goodbye sunshine

Beautiful home perfect for 2 families

Our family shared this home with our good friends' family. Together we had several kids who are mid to late teens and early 20's. This house was perfect for us!! It was beautifully decorated and very clean and had many great amenities. The downstairs suite was a great place for the kids to hang out and do their own thing. We all loved the pool on sunny days and the games on rainy ones. The owners checked in with us and we had no issues with check in or check out. We hope to stay here again next year and in the years to come!

Great location for cyclists

The location is perfect for cyclists who want to ride the Pinellas trail. There is plenty of room in the garage to safely store twelve or more bikes. For those who ride casually the host has 4 single speed bikes available. The house and grounds are lovely. One thing to note is there is NO inside connection to the top and bottom of the house. That's clearly stated in the description now but I somehow overlooked it. The only way to enter the bottom unit is through the garage. And this entry goes through the 5th "Bedroom" which is a room with no windows or closet. It appears there used to be a spiral staircase but that has been removed and the opening sealed. You will have to go outside to visit the people in the top unit. The heated pool was large and wonderful. We enjoyed the stars while using the gas firepit one night. Most in my cycling group are older so we wouldn't have used the hammocks any way but the fabric was mildewed and torn. In Florida that happens quickly. I notified the owner so that has probably been replaced by now. I had problems with VRBO responding and giving me access to the house. They also would not give me the address until two days prior to arrival. I'm not satisfied with VRBO's service. We were two hours late being able to access the house. The host had always been extremely responsive to my texts leading up to arrival so I became afraid I had been scammed. He was on a cruise and was not getting my texts. We will definitely rent here again.

We are Scott and Korrin, we come from the Midwest and have been vacationing in Florida with our family all of our lives. We started the snowbird way of life early on in life because we own a seasonal business up north and have plenty of free time in the winter. We really love it here so we decided a few years ago to purchase a home and because we have jobs that keep us up north for parts of the year we decided to share our home with other families. We know people will love it as much as we do. This adventure has gone so well that we know own three vacation rental properties in In Palm Harbor. We want our guests to make wonderful fun filled memories with family and friends like we have.

Come here relax, take you minds off of busy schedules of everyday life. This home is a great place to do just that. There is plenty of room for friends and family to have fun and spread out. Hang out in the hammocks, relax by the heated pool, enjoy a book on the porch, take enjoyable walks in the quiet neighborhood, toast to a beautiful sunset over the water at the park across the street and much more! Truly an excellent location!
