L'appartement Trupial est un appartement de 3 pièces entièrement rénové et meublé avec amour, pour que vous puissiez profiter de vos vacances en toute tranquillité et sans soucis. L'appartement se compose de deux chambres avec air conditionné, ventilateur, coffre-fort et salle de bain avec WC et une cuisine ouverte avec vue sur le jardin tropical. La cuisine neuve et moderne a bien sûr un lave-vaisselle. Vous pourrez vous détendre au bord de la piscine avec un livre et prendre un verre dans la piscine éclairée le soir. Sur votre propre terrasse, vous avez une vue spectaculaire. Vous pouvez regarder les couchers de soleil sur l'une des belles plages de Curaçao. Ils ont leur propre grill. Rien ne devrait manquer. Tout simplement un endroit de rêve qui vous invite à la détente.

Afin de profiter de vos vacances à Curaçao sans être lié, nous vous recommandons de louer une voiture pour explorer notre belle île et visiter les différentes plages et destinations d'excursion. Nous avons différentes voitures de location que vous pouvez louer chez nous. Vous serez pris en charge gratuitement à l'aéroport et ramené à la fin de vos vacances.

Villa Unique est située dans un quartier résidentiel calme à seulement 7 minutes de la plage de Jan Thiel. La villa exceptionnelle est équipée de WiFi et dispose d'une piscine avec des sièges. La piscine tropicale est équipée de nombreuses chaises longues modernes. Vous pouvez observer des colibris, des perroquets et des iguanes depuis leur terrasse.

Tout simplement un endroit tropical qui vous invite à rêver.
Passez des vacances inoubliables, relaxantes et géniales. Restaurants, cafés, supermarchés et plages sont à proximité immédiate de la villa.

Amazing place to stay during your vacation

It was an exellent choice to stay at this place, very quiet and around 10 minutes from all what you need (restaurants, beach, .....). Communication with Jennifer and her husband is very smooth, just send her a whatsapp and she will help you as much as she can. She even prepared a Tourstic guide about interesting places, restaurants, super markets.... etc. Honestly, i really enjoyed this experience it will be my place next time i visit Curaçao.

Nice appartment in villa with a pool

We spent 1 week in this villa. It has more apartments with public pool, but you will meet your neighbours rarely, as it’s enough place for all. Villa itself is in the villas’ area on the border of the city, so you need a car to reach beach, shops and restaurants (5-10 minutes drive time). Manon (manager) was very nice, took care, and advised on every topic we needed.

Everything As Good As It Looks

The property is as good as it looks and we had the apartment with the balcony and it was spotless on arrival . The property makes you feel as though you are on a beautiful island somewhere with the lush palms and well kept grounds . The pool is a refreshing cool temperature and just right for the climate . The property is in a gated community neighborhood and protected by a heavy duty fence not that is seemed necessary as the whole area seemed to be extremely safe and a couple of miles from grocery shopping . The host is extremely helpful and communicative and has an absolutely great property manager who seems to be there 24/7 As a place to stay in Curacao I would definitely recommend this little Oasis Michael

Clean and safe apartment

This was a great place to stay in Curacao, the apartment was very clean, spacious, had a small pool shared with only a few other units. The balcony area was a nice plus. The kitchen was very well stocked especially for a rental unit. There is AC that works but electricity was surprisingly expensive...we used it very sparingly and the bill was more than I pay in the USA. The units are also only in the bedrooms so the kitchen can get really hot if you're cooking. Some notes that might help others: - The parking is not a dedicated spot. We were told to leave our car on the side of the street next to the house - I noticed everyone else in the neighborhood had their cars kept behind gates the entire time so not sure if this is the safest option. Fortunately nothing happened to our car, but it would be worth noting. - The bedding itself was very poor quality. Very old, synthetic sheets not suitable for warm weather sleeping, pillows felt like their were stuffed with lumpy cotton pads and were very thin, the mattress was quite cheap. I read a review of this prior to booking but the manager left a comment saying this had been fixed. I'm here to say it's still a major problem. - The area is basically a suburb - from the picture I thought there would be at least a beach/shore area to walk to but it's not walkable at all. There's a really poorly stocked snack shop a 9 minute walk away, for everything else you'll need a car. - There are lots of hidden fees that don't appear until the end of checking out - a pretty hefty cleaning fee and 6% local tax. I almost cancelled the booking because this is the reason I don't use the other competitor site anymore. It would be fine if they had made this more prominent before going through the whole booking flow but otherwise it just leaves a bad taste. - Checkout at 10AM - I asked for 11AM and initially was told it was ok then the night before get told they have to do it at 10AM because someone is moving in early. No one was moving in early and if check in is at 3PM anyway I don't understand why moving it forward by one hour was so unreasonable. - The manager onsite is a wonderful and helpful woman. Whoever manages the bookings over the online platform is unresponsive.

Traumurlaub

Dieser Urlaub war vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag traumhaft schön und perfekt. Wir wurden bei der Ankunft vom Flughafen abgeholt und am Abreisetag wieder hingefahren. Die Gastgeber waren wahnsinnig hilfsbereit und total sympathisch. Die Unterkunft war perfekt ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen. Ein großes Dankeschön an Jenny und René!

Traum Urlaub im Paradise

Da ich ein Auto gemietet habe wurde ich nach dem langen Flug von der Managerin abgeholt und zum Apartment gebracht. Die Managerin hat mich sehr herzlich empfangen. Ich habe einen Kleinwagen gemietet und ein Familienauto bekommen. Habe mich darüber gefreut. Das Apartment hat einen sehr gemütlichen und tropischen Flair. Es war sehr sauber. Die Gastfreundlichkeit war sehr zu spüren da der Kühlschrank mit einem Frühstückspaket gefüllt war. Ich habe von der Managerin viel Insiderinformstionen bekommen was für einen guten Urlaub wichtig ist. Beim Frühstück auf meiner eigenen Terrasse hab ich ein Papageienpärchen und Leguane beobachtet. Die Anlage lädt zum Entspannen ein da sie tropisch und gepflegt ist. Die Poolliegen sind äußerst bequem. Ich habe den Pool genossen. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt und es hat alles gepasst. Ich kann diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen und komme wieder!

Traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren jetzt schon zum 2. Mal in der „Villa Unique“ und der Urlaub hätte wieder nicht entspannter anfangen können. Wir hatten den Mietwagen direkt über die Vermieter gebucht und wurden somit am Flughafen abgeholt und zu unserer Unterkunft gefahren. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, perfekt ausgestattet und es hat uns wieder an nichts gefehlt. Großartig fanden wir auch die kleine Kühltasche, die wir immer gerne mit zum Strand genommen haben. Außerdem fanden wir es auch total klasse, dass der Kühlschrank schon alles für ein erstes Frühstück enthielt (Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, Margarine, Brötchen, Wasser, Kaffee) und waren sehr dankbar, dass wir nicht gleich einkaufen fahren mussten, sondern in Ruhe ankommen konnten nach der langen Anreise. Die Anlage ist sehr ruhig gelegen und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben noch nie einen so sauberen Pool gehabt wie hier und die Liegen sind auch sehr bequem. Die Vermieter (Jennifer und René) und das Management waren immer für uns erreichbar, sind super nett und ihre Insidertipps waren Gold wert (z.B. Lumito-Spieß im PiriPiri :-) Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und hatten eine traumhaft schöne Zeit. Wenn wir wieder Urlaub auf Curaçao machen sollten, dann auf jeden Fall in der „Villa Unique“.

Amazing 3 weeks in paradise

Our 2nd story apartment had everything as listed: beautifully decorated, fresh and clean, spacious, adequate storage spaces for clothing and luggage, full kitchen and a beautiful terrace with ocean view in a short distance and awesome night sky view with a pleasant breeze to kool us of from a day at the beach. The property manager was available to answer any questions. The pool and cabana were perfect for refreshing swim and chill while surfing the internet on excellent WI-FI. The secured entrance and quite neighbourhood provided security and peacefulness. Curacao has so much to offer - and coming back to Villa Unique felt like we were home. Thank you so much for a much-needed retreat from cold weather and busy lives back home.

Wir kommen wieder

Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise fühlten wir uns von den Eigentümern perfekt umsorgt und betreut. Uns wurde direkt nach Ankunft in der Unterkunft das Mietauto zur Verfügung gestellt. Nun zur Unterkunft: Wir bezogen unkompliziert unser Apartment. Der erste Eindruck hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Zimmer war bis in die kleinste Ecke sauber, gut ausgestattet und auch die Wahl des Mobiliars war nach unserem Geschmack. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Liegenschaft befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung und diverse kleine Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Die Anmietung eines Fahrzeuges ist jedenfalls ratsam. Die Eigentümer waren während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes bemüht unseren Urlaub so schön wie möglich zu gestalten und standen uns auch mit Ratschlägen und Insidertipps zur Verfügung.

Royaal huis

Royaal, schoon huis. Niet bepaald relaxed. Geen plek om overdag te genieten door de bouw van een huis op het buurperceel. De hele dag piepjes van auto’s, drillende boren en wat er aan herrie bij komt kijken als een paar mannen een huis bouwen. Er werd hard gewerkt, dat moet gezegd, helaas dus maar 1 uurtje stilte per dag. Royaal terras met bbq, helaas niet gebruikt want één van de airco’s maakte zulk hinderlijk lawaai dat je echt alle lust werd ontnomen om een gezellige avond thuis door te brengen. Prima zwembadje. Huis geschikt voor 4 personen. Uitstekende bedden. Keuken voorzien van alles wat je maar bedenken kan. Fijn dat we de auto er ook konden huren en dat we werden opgehaald en teruggebracht van en naar de luchthaven.

We gave you an upgrade for the biggest and best apartment what we have and a familycar for the price from small car. You told the manager on your last day that the airco from the other apartment is loud thats why she couldn’t send someone before because she didn’t know it. Now its repaired because we want that our guests feel comfortable and fine. About the noise from the construction: We build for our guests beautiful houses with own pool and in ca. five weeks we are ready. Then its very quiet.

Toller Aufenthalt in der Villa Unique

Wir haben im Juli insgesamt 17 Nächte im Apartment Trupial in der Villa Unique verbracht - und jeden Tag genossen. Es war unser erster Aufenthalt auf Curacao und deshalb war es sehr hilfreich, dass wir von der Managerin vom Flughafen abgeholt wurden. Schon während der Fahrt hat sie uns wichtige Regeln, insb. zum Autofahren auf der Insel, mitgegeben; diese konnten wir in den folgende Wochen wirklich gut gebrauchen! Das Apartment und die Anlage waren genauso, wie sie beworben wurden. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Service wie Bettwäsche- und Handtuchwechsel klappte sehr gut. Besonders toll fanden wir das Willkommenspaket, das im Kühlschrank auf uns wartete. Hier war wirklich von allem was dabei. Obwohl die Anlage z.T. vollbesetzt war, wurde es nie eng am und im Pool, man schaut halt, wann gerade niemand da ist... Wir hatten den Mietwagen über die Vermieter gebucht. Das hat den Vorteil, dass man vom Flughafen abgeholt wird; zum anderen aber kann man so auch sicher sein, dass das Auto innerhalb der Anlage stehen kann - ein großer Pluspunkt. Für uns am gewöhnungsbedürftigsten war die Lage, denn zu Hause machen wir wir möglichst viele Wege zu Fuß. Da die Anlage aber in einem reinen Wohngebiet ist, gibt es fußläufig auch nichts zu erreichen - zumal man auf Curacao einfach alle Wege mit dem Auto erledigt. Wir haben uns aber letztlich schnell daran gewöhnt. Sehr nett war auch, dass Jennifer, die Vermieterin, uns per Mail noch weitere Tipps gegeben hat, zusätzlich zu denen, die bereits in einer Sammelmappe im Apartment vorhanden waren. Insgesamt war es ein wirklich toller Urlaub und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet neighbourhood

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa Trupial apartment. The apartment is basic but clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed to prepare simple meals including a grill. The pool was lovely with lots of shade. The deck is nice and gets a pleasant breeze. The property manager Manon was excellent and took care of a few minor issues quickly. The customer service overall was outstanding. A car is essential and we rented from the owner- the car was clean and functioned well. The only improvement we could suggest is the mattresses could use an upgrade. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Angenehmer Ort für einen schönen Urlaub

Schöne, geräumige Ferienwohnung mit Balkon, zentral gelegen. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt, auch die Außenanlagen und der Pool. Man braucht auf der Insel allerdings ein Auto. Wenn man das beim Vermieter bucht, wird man vom Flughafen abgeholt und auch wieder gebracht, was sehr angenehm ist. Das erste Frühstück steht im Kühlschrank, so dass man nicht gleich los muss. Manon, die Managerin hat uns gut betreut und uns viele Tipps gegeben. Sie war einfach top!!

Very relaxing place to stay

We stayed at Villa Unique between Dec. 22 and January 4. The second-floor apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. Watching fireworks from the second-floor deck or enjoying morning coffee while listening to singing birds was a “treat”. If not exploring the island or visiting beautiful beaches, we spent our time by the pool or on the deck. The apartment and whole property were exactly as shown in the pictures, very clean and well maintained. The owner Jennifer and host Manon were very attentive and provided helpful tips about the island. We had an awesome time and hope to come back to Villa Unique for a longer stay. Thank you, Jennifer and Manon, for making our visit to Curaçao very enjoyable.

Review Apartment Villa Unique

Last october 2018 we enthusiastically went to Curacao for our holiday. We agreed to be picked from the airport by the manager of Villa Unique and indeed Manon was awaiting and welcoming us with a big smile. The apartment complex Villa Unique lies in the quiet neighbourhood Cas Grandi and very nearby the beaches of Jan Thiel and Cabana. At arriving at the apartment, Manon explained everything about the apartment and complex and we also exchanged phone numbers, in case we needed her, very nice service! We had rented the upper apartment, Trupial, with a small terrace on the front side, with table and chairs. Lovely to have breakfast and for our happy hour. The apartment is well maintained, with an open kitchen and fully covered for our needs. Also 2 fine bedrooms with fine beds and large wardrobes, very good airco, which is a real treat, a very nice bathroom, fine swimming pool to cool down and chill in the sunbeds. We also rented a Kia Forte at Villa Unique which is a roomy and comfortable car, parking is on the lot itself behind iron gates which you can open and close by remote control. The owners, Jennifer and Renee, who came later on during our stay, very nice couple, had just one thing in mind and that is to make our holiday as pleasant as could be. Well, they succeeded. We had a great vacation, also thanks to Manon, always helpfull and nothing was too much. She's a great manager, providing great service. Thanks Manon. We find Villa Unique very recommendable and we will surely return!!!!!

Good place for a relaxing stay

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway. Tenants are very warm and welcome. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. Kitchen is well stocked with appliances perfect for cooking for a group of 4. One of the best beaches are just 5 minutes away. I would really recomend it for a couple retreat or group of friends.

Wunderbares Urlaubsdomizil

Im März 2018 haben wir 2 erholsame Wochen in dem Appartment Trupial verbracht. Auch wir waren von dem netten Empfang,der Ausstattung sowie der Umgebung angetan.Alles war sehr gepflegt und die Gastgeber immer hilfsbereit und ansprechbar! Ein Pkw ist unbedingt erforderlich, um die schönen verschiedenen Strände zu entdecken. Abends haben wir gerne gegrillt und den Abend bei einem schönen Glas Wein entspannt auf unserem Balkon ausklingen lassen. Liebe Jen und lieber Renee vielen Dank für eure herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Tranquility in Curacao

We enjoyed our second story apartment very much. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment was light filled with wonderful cross breezes. It was clean and private. The grounds were well manicured. The pool was lovely; a great place to relax after a long day of beaching and/or sightseeing. Jen and Renee were very nice. The pick up and return to the airport was a wonderful bonus. Renting the car from Jen and Renee was also very convenient.

Tropische Oase, ruhig gelegen

Bereits auf der Fahrt vom Flughafen ins Feriendomizil hat uns der Vermieter viel Wissenswertes mitgeteilt und am Straßenrand gezeigt und auch während unseres gesamten dreiwöchigen Aufenthaltes waren er und seine Frau stets aufmerksam und überaus freundlich. Das Appartment liegt in einem ruhigen gehobenen Wohngebiet und ist so angelegt, dass man ganz für sich ist, die Vermieter aber jederzeit kontaktieren kann. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche ist vollständig eingerichtet. Den wöchentlichen Handtuch- und Bettzeugwechsel, die europäischen Steckdosen, den großen Kleiderschrank, die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, den Pool und den herrlichen Freisitz haben wir sehr genossen. Mit unserem Mietwagen (unbedingt erforderlich) haben wir die ganze Insel und die herrlichen Strände erkundet. Am Piratebeach(in Piscadera) hatten wir gleich am 2. Tag Dinner direkt am Strand mit den Füßen im Sand bei karibischem Sonnenuntergang - traumhaft! Die City von Willemstad ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, so dass wir oft am Abend dieses besondere Ambiente mit der beleuchteten Emma-Bridge bei einem Cocktail (bevorzugt auf der Terasse des einmaligen Gouverner House) auf uns wirken ließen. Dank Jen und Rene hatten wir einen wunderbaren, sehr erholsamen Urlaub am schönsten Meer der Welt.

Super Appartement in tropische Umgebung

Ich kann mich den anderen Bewertungen nur anschließen. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub im Appartement Trupial. Alle Details wurden genannt und ich kann diese mit bestem Gewissen bestätigen. Mehr als 'tausend Worte' ist die Tatsache, dass wir wieder einen Urlaub im Appartement Trupial in diesem Jahr gebucht haben.
