The building is quiet and exclusive, features only 4 units in total, each with its own separate entrance and private back patio. Townhome is beautifully decorated and would make you instantly feel relaxed and filled with island vibes. This beautiful beach townhouse features a master bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite guest bedroom, the guest bedroom furnished with a Queen and a full beds, plus sleeping coach in the living room . Fully equipped kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, high speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, private furnished patio, common area with a BBQ grill and 2 designated parking spots make this townhouse a perfect vacation spot for family and friends.This vacation rental is located just across from the one of the most beautiful beaches in US! Just imagine soft sand and turquoise water, shopping plaza and supermarkets, bars and restaurants, natural parks and snorkeling trails - all these literally at your doorstep! Perfect Location for the Beach

This is a very well equipped house in a great location. 3 minute walk to the beach which is across the street. There is a scenic walking path through Palm Beach Shores neighborhood. The townhouse was super clean and has everything you need. The property manager was very responsive. Highly recommend.

The property and walk to the beach were perfect! Everything we needed for the beach was at the house. In case the propeety owners are not aware, could use new beach chairs, umbrella beach anchor, and umbrella. We had an amazing time and would come backback!

Singer Island Stay

We’ve been visiting Singer Island for 10+ years, this condo was in a great location, right across the street from the beach. We could easily walk to our favorite restaurants and bars. Plenty of room for 6 people and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was clean, comfortable, we’ll be back!

Perfect location, clean and modern

We loved our stay here! The location was absolutely perfect. Very easy walk to restaurants, the beach, and the inlet. Safe and quiet neighborhood. The property was clean and well kept, with plenty of extra bath and beach towels. Questions were answered almost immediately when we had them! We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Location!

This is a nice property in an excellent location - the beach is right across the street and it's within walking distance to most everything. We would have given this property a 5 star rating except for a handful of minor, but bothersome issues. The decor was very tasteful and we enjoyed the private back porch area. But the screen door on the back porch was missing and the screen door in front had a broken latch that had clearly been in disrepair for a long time. Two of the TV's didn't function for us, which wasn't a biggie, but isn't an issue at a 5 star rental. Nonetheless, we really enjoyed our stay and we'd come back again (especially if these shortcomings are addressed).

Location Location

This place has easy access across the street to the beautiful ocean. The condo is down the road from Sailfish Marina and an easy walk to several restaurants, liquor store, gas station, and mini mart. The condo is clean and is stocked full of everything you need to enjoy your stay. Private patio, clean sheets and towels that smell great. Check in was easy and you have your own parking space. The condo is nestled into the beautiful Palm Beach Shores neighborhood. Enjoyed our stay as a couple! Lots of things to do in the area.

upscale Vacation rental Air B&B is amazing

I cant say enough about this Air B&B. I rented 2 of them, and they were next to each other, which was a +. 100% accurate on its photo's. Everything was 100% accurate on the website. Everything in the unit was Top Quality! from the snack welcome gifts to the bedding, Towels and Blankets, and Bathroom supplies. You did not have to worry about forgetting personal supplies here. Everything you would think of getting in an upscale Hotel resort was supplied here. This unit is my go to on singer island. The only downfall was the fee's doubled the rental price. But after staying here it was well worth the extra $$.

Perfect for a quiet getaway

Property was a very easy walk to the beach; quiet and clean; with all the amenities you could ask for. The beach chairs, umbrella, etc allowed for an easy fly in beach experience. Highly recommend.

Singer Island condo

Great location!! As others have said, don’t let the exterior fool you because the interior is wonderful. Stayed here for 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. Beach(3 min walk), and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again! Kitchen is small but furnished well, huge sectional sofa in living room. Both bedrooms upstairs…living room, dining area and kitchen downstairs.

Great condo and location

Stayed for 4 nights. Condo was very clean, nice comfortable beds, nice showers and awesome sofa and TVs. Great kitchen. Only a block away from a beautiful beach and very close to many restaurants and shops. Great responsiveness from the host.

Great stay

We had a great stay. Fantastic location and very comfortable place to stay. Met all of our needs. For some reason, all of the toilet paper holders in all three bathrooms are not well secured to the wall. This was a none issue for us and we didn't report it during our stay, but hopefully they can fix it for the next people so they don't accidentally knock them off every time they go to the restroom. Haha.

Family weekend getaway

We stayed for a short weekend getaway and we loved it, the kids enjoyed the beach which is conveniently super close (a short walk across the street past a parking lot and you get to the beach). The host was responsive to our needs whenever we needed help. Overall we are very happy with our stay and would love to return soon! :-)!

Great Girls trip!

Condo was perfect! Great location! Everything was walkable with the exception of grocery (Instacart took care of that). No need to have a car! Met some great locals! Would definitely stay again!
