Enter through a secure lobby and ascend the grand staircase to your third-floor retreat: The William Sewell Jr. Suite. Parking was confusing at first since the parking garage was not next to the unit. Other than that, it was a great condo nice and clean and absolute perfect location for seeing Savannah. I would highly recommend this condo.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cant beat the location, right on Bay St and next to so much so made walking around easier. Rental itself was cute and comfortable, had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again

The apartment was perfect. Great location. Quiet. Super cute and clean. I was so appreciative that shampoo and conditioner were stocked as I didn't bring any.

Business trip for me, fun for my wife and granddaughter. I spent most of my time at a conference, but they had fun exploring. Location was awesome, right in the middle of everything. Unit was clean and nice. Included parking spot was a major bonus!

Reviewer Comments: The place was nice and clean, and in a great location right on Bay Street. Loading and unloading logistics was a bit annoying, but not too bad.

The location is perfect. Nice sized little studio that has everything you need. It was great that the apartment had a washer and dryer as well. Getting to do laundry on vacation is awesome. It’s the perfect spot to explore Savannah. My only complaint was that the door lock to get into the building was a bit tricky. Everything else was great.

Conveniently Placed

I was very impressed with the studio and location. The studio was a comfortable place to recuperate and relax during the hottest part of the day after a morning of walking around get charged up for an evening out.Across Bay St were the backsides of the River St buildings that contained shops and cafes with River St (river front) shops, restaurants, and bars just on the other side. The free dot trolly route was a two short block walk south from here.
