Our 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom condo is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's historic tourist district. The townhome is just 2 blocks from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Historic Main Avenue with its seemingly endless supply of restaurants, shops and galleries. This fully-furnished, three-bedroom town home is stylish, comfortable and in the middle of all things Durango. The townhome features a private upper deck balcony with views along with a modern kitchen and cool furnishings throughout. There is one assigned parking space in front of the townhome garage (no garage access). Additional vehicles can be parked on 3rd or 4th avenue (no meters).

The townhome is not pet friendly.

A minimum 30+ days stay is required on the townhome has been priced based on a monthly stay.

Great Stay!

Good location

Awesome place to stay in Durango!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay here was perfect. The house is in great condition, clean, has fast wifi, and is in a great location in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops on the main street. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a great meal too. The only issue we had was the washing machine stopped working, which was an inconvenience towards the end of our stay; however, I'd still highly recommend this rental.
