Main Floor:

Welcome to your home away from home! Upon entering through the garage, you'll find yourself in a convenient mud room with a new washer and dryer for your use. Step into the heart of the home - the kitchen. It's fully updated with brand-new cabinets, a spacious island that seats four, and modern appliances including a second refrigerator in the garage. Enjoy the convenience of a coffee and tea station, fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. Access the beautiful deck and pool directly from here.

The living room offers breathtaking views of the pool and Lake Michigan through large windows. Relax by the gas fireplace with a 65” Roku Smart TV and Sonos sound system, or enjoy some games from our collection stored in the cabinets.

The main entrance foyer leads to a dining room that can accommodate 6-8 guests. Down the hallway, discover a cozy bedroom with a queen bed, luxury bedding, and a ceiling fan, alongside a convenient half bath.

Upstairs:

The master suite awaits with a Tempurpedic Breeze Hybrid Cali King mattress, ensuring a luxurious sleep experience, complemented by a Roku Smart TV and a spacious walk-in closet. The master bathroom is a spa-like retreat with a freestanding soaking tub, a walk-in tile shower, and dual sinks.

Three additional bedrooms offer flexibility for guests:
• Bedroom #1: Features bunk beds (full and twin), perfect for families, with space for a Pack-N-Play.
• Bedroom #2 & #3: Each equipped with queen beds, luxury bedding, and modern amenities like ceiling fans and USB charging docks.

A second full bathroom upstairs includes a large walk-in shower with an oversized shower head and a multi-spray hand-held wand. Additional bedding options include high-end air beds and a Pack-N-Play.

Outside:

Step outside to a vast composite deck leading to a heated in-ground pool, operational from mid-May to mid-October, weather permitting. Enjoy outdoor dining or lounge by the propane firepit. Outdoor amenities include a Weber grill, pool toys, and various seating options.
At the end of the property, is a wood burning fire-pit, fully stocked and ready to go with wood and plenty of seating. We also have a movable Solo Stove near the house, if you prefer to be closer.
The backyard is over 325 feet long and 90 feet wide, offering tons of space for guests to enjoy. It's lined with mature pine trees for privacy and borders the Bluffs of Lake Michigan, providing stunning views and activities like yard games including, cornhole, volleyball (setup required), basketball hoop, footballs and soccer balls, spike ball, and disc golf and more!

Packers Game Transportation:

For those cheering for the Green Bay Packers, transportation from nearby locations to Lambeau Field is available for $25 round-trip. Book through the Kewaunee Area Chamber of Commerce website.
