Cute 2-Bed 2- Bath Cottage in Kirkwood MO

Visit the “Gateway to the West” and stay in our newly built Little Blue House in Kirkwood (a suburb of St. Louis). Very bright and open, this charming, one story home will be perfect for anyone from busy kiddos to LOLs (little old ladies) who can't run up and down stairs anymore! Accomodations include 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, as well as a pull out sofa with a queen size bed. We have recently added a pack n play for our youngest guests. We have plenty of parking right next to the entrance. This darling house comes with keyless check-in, a fully equipped kitchen, stacked washer/dryer, on demand water heater, and high speed wifi. Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room as well. Remote control zoned heating/cooling ensures everyone stays comfy no matter what the weather brings. Even the bamboo floors are heated for those cold winter mornings! Situated off the interstate, this cozy house is a short drive to several restaurants, shopping, downtown, the Arch, Ball-Park Village, and a host of other attractions that St. Louis has to offer. The Magic House, a delightful Children's Museum, is less than five minutes away.

Everything was decorated beautifully. The beds were comfortable. I knew the location and that’s why I picked this house because it’s so center to everything anybody would want to do. The owner Mimi was fabulous and made sure the house had plenty of everything to make our stay more comfortable!.

The house is so cute. Stayed here to send our daughter off to college. This house is very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Well stocked with towels. We love that the house has bright lighting around the house for security. I recommend this house and would stay here again. Hosts are prompt with responding also. Love that there are a lot of stores around the corner also.

Kid-friendly, convenient, clean and comfy

The house was perfect for a weekend getaway in the city, and it was very comforting for us to have such a welcoming place for our toddler to romp around in and for us all to sleep solidly after a day spent exploring.

Very cute, very clean, and very comfortable home. Homeowner even had snacks, coffee, and wonderful homemade jam waiting for us. The area is close to shops, restaurants, and centralized to all areas of St. Louis. The few streets surrounding this cute home seem to be in transition though, and weekend stays could be a bit loud with a nightclub on the next block over. The music was rockin' on Friday night well into the night. However, there's a Starbucks, Target, and HomeGoods within walking distance as well, so it seems to be safe enough even with the nightclub right there. The home itself is very well lit and has security cameras, so as long as you don't take any evening strolls around the neighborhood, it's fine. But again- this rental is super cute, comfortable, and well thought-out.

Beautiful cottage

The cottage was beautifully-decorated and included firm beds and a well-stocked kitchen. The only downside was the loud weekend partying by the neighbors.

Wonderful!

This house was so beautifully decorated and cozy. It had everything we needed such as nice towels, toiletries, dishes for cooking and eating, and even throw blankets for cuddling. That made our stay so pleasant and relaxing! I will be staying here every time I return to St. Louis .

Charming Kirkwood cottage

This is a lovely small home, meticulously set-up for guests - everything had our comfort in mind. Lovely, charmingly appointed rooms. Attention to all details to make a visitor welcome. I totally recommend this wonderful home to those visiting this area of St. Louis. Close to major highways, easy shopping of all sorts, but mostly a wonderful home.

Lovely little place

My family of 5 had plenty of room and enjoyed our stay. Mimi is just wonderful and she has the place set up with pretty much everything you need! I think my only complaint would be a bigger TV :-). Thanks again Mimi for the great home and hospitality.

Cute and Convenient

This little bungalow is so cute, clean and convenient to shopping and restaurants. We were able to get downtown for a conference in less than 20 minutes. The owner even left a nice note and homemade apple jelly!

Great Place to Stay!

The property was very clean, up to date and had all of the "special items" we would need. We had five ole college roommates together for the weekend. We were left special treats along with snacks, a fully stocked Keurig, games and anything else we needed. The property manager was awesome and easy to work with. She checked on us to see if we needed anything else to make our weekend the very Best!

Excellent Accommodations!

Wonderful 2 bedroom/2 bath house! Quiet neighborhood. Perfect for our long weekend. The location is close to Grant's Trail so we took the opportunity to go for a walk one day when then weather was ideal. Large kitchen stocked with everything needed for cooking in - which we did after stocking up on groceries at a nearby store. Again, great location! Separate dining area and table was excellent for eating and playing a game of cards. :-) Overall, great little house (bigger on the inside for any Dr. Who fans), off-street parking, well lit outside, comfy beds, wonderful feel to the whole place! Mimi was great to communicate with and made the whole process so easy! I would rate these hosts as excellent! I will be staying again when I am in the area!

The house is in a good part of town. It was very clean with all of the amenities. Very good instructions on arrival and departure. 20 minutes or less to downtown St. Louis. Very nice!! Absolutely recommend!!
