Welcome to "Crabbing Hole Lane," an enchanting custom-built coastal abode located in the heart of the south side of Prominence. This stunning 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home showcases impeccable craftsmanship and offers the best of resort-style living. With three covered porches and a private preserve backdrop, this home provides ultimate privacy and tranquility. Plus, it's just steps away from the newly built resort-style pool!

"Crabbing Hole Lane" features a spacious open concept floor plan, creating a bright and inviting living space that is perfect for relaxation and gathering with family and friends. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats six at the table, while the custom kitchen island and bar space accommodate four more. The sleek and spacious kitchen is a chef's dream, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a gas cooktop, tile backsplash, custom finished cabinetry, and hardwood floors.

This beautiful home offers two exquisite master suites, each with a spacious bathroom and large walk-in closets. The first master suite is conveniently located on the main floor, along with the laundry room and a half bath. Upstairs, you'll find the second master suite, two additional king bedrooms with ensuite baths, and a bunk room with two sets of twin beds.

"Crabbing Hole Lane" is just a short bike ride away from the scenic dunes and pristine beauty of Deer Lake State Park and beach access. The town of Prominence is a hotspot along 30A, offering a wide range of amenities for a fun, fit, and relaxing vacation. Enjoy the 5,000 sq. ft. pool with cabanas and The Big Chill, where you can savor delicious tacos, tequila, wings, burgers, and shakes. Beach Access to the West:
- Deer Lake State Park: The closest beach access to Prominence, located 0.5 miles away. Please note that this is a state park, and alcohol is not allowed. Beach service is not available at this location.
- Walton Dunes: Approximately 2 miles to the west, this Walton County beach access offers parking and a short distance to the beach.
- Santa Clara: Located near Bramble Grove Road, about 3.5 miles west of Prominence. Parking and bathrooms are available.

Beach Access to the East:
- Gulf Lakes: A small Walton County beach access about 0.5 miles east of Prominence. Parking is not available, but it's a great bike ride to the beach.
- Sea Breeze: Just past the Gulf Lakes access, this Walton County beach access does not have parking or bathrooms but offers a shower.

Great stay!

We had a great stay! Absolutely no complaints at all. Everything worked and was comfortable! The only thing I would say is if you are parents of littles is to bring blackout curtains. They didn't have curtains in any of the rooms, they had shades but when the sun rose at 5:30am, the kids were up too. We used the golf cart a lot and went to the bit chill, pool was awesome as well! Great location only 8 minutes to Alys beach

Beautiful, Spacious Home in a Perfect Location

We had an amazing stay at this gorgeous home in the Rosemary Beach area. The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, perfect for our group. Everyone had plenty of room, and the layout made it easy to relax and enjoy time together. The location was ideal, close to the beach, shops, coffee and restaurants, yet still peaceful. Everything about this home felt comfortable and high-end. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

House was great, had issues checking in our code was not working had to wait about 10 min to get someone on the phone to help us get in. Floors were dirty, looks like they hadn’t been mopped and 1 restroom looks like it was not cleaned. Overall stay was good.

Beautiful 30A House!

What an amazing house with all the space and amenities that our family could hope for.. and the golf cart was a blast and nice touch! We weren't totally clear on beach access and proximity, but quickly found out that the golf cart made it easy to be on the beach in a matter of minutes. This was our first trip to 30A and we loved it and will be back for sure!

Family Vacation

The golf cart was reported an non working the day before arrival by the previous guest; we were never notified prior to arriving that the golf cart was inoperable. My husband spent 3 hours the first night trying to fix it. The management company acted like it was no big deal. We couldn't even rent one from another company. Baseboards are covered in dust. Second night we decided to grill, no propane.

We want to first thank this guest for leaving their feedback and for being one of our returning guests. We ask that future guests please read other reviews of the home, as this review mostly describes an experience with an ancillary item rather than the terrific location of this beautiful home. The guest arrived on a Sunday, when the golf cart repair company was closed. We had the issue addressed as quickly as possible; it needed new batteries and the owner of our company personally drove to get the replacements to expedite the situation for the guest. Then it was discovered the guest snuck their pet in to the home after signing an agreement that clearly expressed this home is “animal-free” because the homeowner has severe allergies. Additionally, golf carts CAN be rented through this community’s preferred partner; so they COULD HAVE rented a golf cart. This is the first they have mentioned any dissatisfaction with the cleanliness or that they needed a new propane tank; we would have been happy to help with both of these items had they told us. Excellent, would highly reccommend

The house was terrific and fit our 4 families perfectly. Highly recommend it. The HUB was enjoyable and the "neighborhood" friendly. Also, the pool was a very short walk away. Parking was a little tough for 4 families. It must have closed up for a short period because there was a strong odor in the house when we arrived. It fortunately dissipated after several hours and eventually disappeared complete by day 2. Two other things to note. The ice maker was not working for several days but got fixed the day before we were leaving. The golf cart would not hold a charge and we were not comfortable taking it very often. I'm guessing this is something a battery replacement will fix. We'd definitely return in the future if the opportunity exists.

No bikes, no golf cart, no customer service

We rented this house at a significant premium because it stated that a golf cart AND bikes were included. When we arrived, house had neither. We called customer service and they did nothing. Told us to email “Catherine” who never even bothered to respond. Your rating/reviews are very poor (guess we should have known not to rent from you). We also decided to warn others and reported to BBB in addition to leaving reviews. Businesses run like this won't be in business long. We are now reaching out to homeowner to inform them.

Hurricane Ida Staycation

We checked in Friday, September 3rd and stayed for one week. Pros: The entire house is super airy. So much light. Having the 2 master suites was super helpful since we were hosting different family members any given day with all the hurricane chaos. The location allows you to not have to leave campus at all with The Hub providing all of your Eating, Snacking & entertainment needs. Cons: 1. The floor was filthy at check in. We are usually a no shoes in the house type of family BUT after walking around in this rental for a few hours, the bottom of your feet were nearly black. 2. The swing on the front porch broke the first night we were there, a repairman wasn't sent until the day before we left. 3. The unit's golf cart wasn't due to arrive until later in September, so we ordered a rental, but then was told that due to a new policy, we could not rent a golf cart. It got really weird because we saw deliveries of rented golf carts all day. Maybe if we did'n't get it delivered, we could have avoided all the hoopla, but it was definitely noticeable and the property managers never really followed up with us on this matter. We just ended up renting bikes. 4. We had an unannounced & unscheduled "Maintenance Man" enter the front door, walk through the home, enter the garage and then leave. I called Coastal Dreaming about this and they had no idea about this person. Additionally, I asked the handyman the showed up the day before we left (to fix the swing) about it, and he knew nothing about it. This is super scary because my husband and child were asleep upstairs and I was using the bathroom downstairs. the last thing I expected was to see some stranger in the place as I'm sitting on the toilet. Property management didn't have much to say about his either. 6. It became increasingly difficult to reach someone with Coastal Dreamin about little things here and there. 7. The grill was previously used (& never cleaned) and smelled of a fishy death. 8. There's a healthy population is sugar ants/black ant in the kitchen area and in the master bath upstairs. All in All, it was just the doctor ordered as far as relaxation and a plan to gather ourselves as we prepared tp return to New Orelans. If we do decide to book here again, I will be sure to ask in advance if the unit has a gold cart and I guess we'll always make sure the doors are locked.

The property was excellent ! Coastal was very quick to respond to any questions I had . The house was gorgeous. The only thing was the grill wasn’t available and we wanted to bar b q but we had great neighbors other than that everything went well
