The Reily Road Ranch is a cute and cozy 3 bedroom/2 bathroom ranch-style home with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The home is located minutes from I-295 and only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on S. Reilly Road. This fully furnished home includes 1 full sized bed and 2 queen sized beds, 2 flat screen Smart TVs, full sized appliances including in-unit laundry, basic cookware and utensils, and dishware for 8. High Speed Internet is included.
The Space:
The one story, Reilly Road Ranch home features a cozy living room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry appliances in the kitchen. The kitchen includes full sized appliances and basic cookware, making preparing meals at home during your stay an easy option. Note: This home does not have a dishwasher! Our home features three bedrooms, one with a full sized bed and two others each featuring queen sized beds. The hall bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and the ensuite bathroom in the master bedroom includes a shower. Both include body wash, shampoo and conditioner, makeup remover wipes and fresh linens for every guest.
Military First BnB Solutions is committed to protecting our owners homes during bookings. We've partnered with Know Your Guest by Truvi to independently verify guests and provide the option of a $35 damage waiver or a refundable $500 security deposit, which include a $15 service fee.
Guest Access:
Guests will have complete and exclusive access to the home with the exception of three locked closets- two interior and one exterior.
The Neighborhood:
This is a small quiet neighborhood surrounded by many beautiful homes. There are many restaurants located close by and I-295 is only minutes away, making getting around a breeze! This neighborhood is very quiet so we do not allow any parties and ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 9:00pm. Please be aware that only two cars will fit in the driveway.
Getting Around:
Fayetteville does not have a robust public transportation system and travel by personal vehicle is best. Lyft and Uber both service most areas.
This home is located in the perfect place making it easy to travel around fayetteville. With easy access onto 295 Hwy, traveling will be a breeze. Fort Bragg and Cape Fear Valley Medical Center are only 15 minutes away! It is only a few minutes from several shops and restaurants on S. Reilly Road, making it easy to stay busy and find things to do during your stay.
Other Things to Note:
In order to continue to offer the earliest possible Check Ins and latest possible Check Outs, we ask all guests to give our staff a head start by completing the following tasks upon departure:
1. Make sure all garbage is in a bin or wastebasket.
2. Please place all used towels in the black laundry bag or on the bathroom floor.
3. Load and start the dishwasher or hand-wash used dishes with available supplies.
These simple tasks significantly help our staff and we appreciate your cooperation.
If you plan to arrive after 9PM, we ask that you please let our staff know. Failure to notify the staff of late Check In may result in limited or delayed assistance with entry in the event of an issue.
Interaction with Guests:
This home is managed by Military First BnB Solutions. Check In is self guided and you will let yourself in with a unique door code.
Our Host Team strives to make ourselves promptly available to answer questions or make accommodations. Weâre only a message away!
Check-ins later than 9PM should be coordinated with the host prior to arrival. This helps to ensure staff availability in the event of an issue. Failure to coordinate with the host for arrival later than 9 pm may result in assistance not being available until the following morning. No refunds for failure to coordinate a late check-in.
