Mesquite Oasis Pool and Spa!

The home has a large furnished kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed in the master bedroom, queen beds in 2nd, 3rd & 4th bedrooms, Each bedroom has a TV and streaming device. The home accommodates 8 guests comfortably. The home is located in the heart of Mesquite in a private, quiet neighborhood. A perfect place to relax by the pool. It offers a large outdoor living space, private pool and hot tub that is great for some family fun. When ambient temperatures are below 41°, the pool equipment has a freeze protection program that switches between the pool and spa to keep water flowing. This may effect the spa heating.There are 5 security cameras on the outside of the property. These are for security and insurance purposes. They are not viewed unless we have damage to the property or an issue we need to address. Mesquite has an abundance of sunshine and seven 'world class' championship golf courses. The city is a golf vacation destination. There are several casinos in the area with great live bands at night if you are looking for evening entertainment. Atv/utv trails are very popular as well. You can access trail systems from the house. Mesquite is an atv friendly town. Mesquite is only 35 miles from southern Utah which offers limitless outdoor recreation opportunities. Zion’s National Park, Sand Hollow reservoir, Tuacahn amphitheater and so much more. To the south is logandale which offers great UTV riding and Las Vegas is only a little more than an hour away.

There are no house parties or sports team parties allowed at the property. We can have no more than 12 people at the property and no more than 8 people can stay overnight. Only the people listed on the reservation are allowed to stay at the residence overnight. If you are out of compliance, a $100 fee per person per day will be applied. You may also be asked to leave the property.
