- Parking is available all day and night on Grammercy Pl. facing Tulane. Parking is also available across the street from the house as well but 2 hour parking begins at 7 am on weekdays and ends at 7 pm.

Central Air controlled by the Thermostat on the wall behind the recliner.

- 1 pet per reservation, please clean up after pet *especially the yard, keep them off of the furniture, and crated if left alone.
- Late check-out fee: $25 for each hour after 11 am
- $15 for each guest after 3 per night
- Garbage in black tote, recycling in the green tote
- Please run the bathroom fan when showering
- Max 4 adults
