This bright, minimalist California-inspired townhouse is designed to help you relax, reconnect, and make lasting memories together. Enjoy movie nights on the 65” Smart TV, family dinners on the private deck, beach days with our provided chairs/wagon, and fun-filled evenings in the game room.

Parking: Park only in designated spaces; unauthorized parking may result in towing; no trailers allowed.

As our guests, you’ll have access to the entire townhouse, including the enclosed backyard and community pool areas for your enjoyment. The owner’s closet in the downstairs bathroom is locked and not accessible to guests.

Parties & events: No parties, events, or large gatherings—quiet, respectful stays only.

Smoking: Strict non-smoking property. Our app provides real-time alerts if smoking is detected inside the home and violations will result in fines.

Pool: The shared outdoor pool is managed by the HOA and is typically open year-round depending on weather and maintenance schedules. We do not control pool hours, openings, closures, or maintenance timing. There is no lifeguard on duty, and guests must follow all posted pool rules. Refunds are not provided for temporary pool closures related to weather, maintenance, or HOA operations.

Train noise: Homes along the coast are located near active train tracks. Freight trains do not follow a set schedule and may pass during your stay, including overnight. Train horns may also be heard as trains pass through the area. Earplugs and noise machines are provided in each bedroom for guest comfort.

Bugs / pests: The home is located in a coastal area surrounded by water, trees, and wildlife. While uncommon, you may occasionally see outdoor insects or pests near or around the property, especially during certain weather conditions as they seek shelter. Regular pest control is performed as part of routine maintenance.

WiFi: Wi-Fi is typically strong and reliable, but service may occasionally be affected by weather or outages outside of our control. As with most residential internet service, uninterrupted connectivity cannot be guaranteed.
