La Villa Patricia est une maison de 4 chambres acceptant les animaux de compagnie, située dans un quartier calme et huppé, entourée d’arbres.
La maison comprend un grand salon lumineux où vous pourrez regarder un film sur une Smart TV de 65 pouces ou jouer à des jeux de société près d’une belle cheminée. Elle comprend également une très grande salle à manger pour savourer vos repas et, juste à côté, un élégant salon pour vous détendre après le dîner. La cuisine bien équipée dispose d’un coin petit-déjeuner pour vos petit déjeuner du matin.
La Villa Patricia dispose de trois chambres spacieuses et d’un bureau/espace de travail au deuxième étage. La chambre principale dispose d’une salle de bains attenante et d’une Smart TV de 55 pouces. Le deuxième étage comprend une grande salle de bains pour les voyageurs et, au rez-de-chaussée, des toilettes séparées
. À l’arrière de la maison se trouve une magnifique terrasse privée offrant une vue sur de superbes arbres. Ce petit bijou caché est votre deuxième chez-vous.

The house was great as was Patricia. The house is in a nice neighborhood, close to the interstate and shops for supplies. It's nicely furnished and well equipped. We stayed for two weeks and had two minor issues which were resolved extremely quickly, and Patricia checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was good.

Property was clean and spacious and as advertised. Warm and inviting feeling to home. Bedrooms are very nice-sized and office upstairs is handy. Property was as pictured. Very clean and spacious. The only issue I have was there were no small pots in kitchen accessories. Landscaping was a little overgrown in backyard, but other than that it was a beautiful Property. Would recommend to any potential renters.

We stayed at this property for three weeks and were disappointed by both the condition of the home and our experience with the owner.The home was significantly under-equipped for an extended stay. There were only a few unstained bath towels and three hand towels for the entire house, no bath mats, very few hangers, inadequate cookware (not even enough to cook for two people comfortably), no side tables to put anything on in the living spaces, and very limited household supplies. We contacted the owner during our stay, and she acknowledged she hadn't been to the property in a long time and wasn't aware of many of these issues,The listing also did not accurately reflect the location. It was described as peaceful and "in the trees," but the home sits on a busy street corner near a major highway, with noticeable traffic noise that rattles the entire house!There were also maintenance and cleanliness concerns, including mold in the shower, a broken microwave and fireplace, a stained mattress pad, stains on the sofa, and overgrown landscaping and tons of weeds.After checkout, when I requested reimbursement for the basic household items we had purchased because they were not provided, the owner instead accused us of clogging a toilet and using too much toilet paper. We strongly dispute those claims.Unfortunately, our trip to Michigan was a very disappointing experience due to our stay. Would not recommend this home to anyone!!!

During your stay, when you brought concerns to our attention, we responded promptly by arranging for the sofa to be professionally cleaned, having the landscaping addressed, and ordering a replacement handle as soon as we learned it was damaged. We also worked around your schedule when delivery timing became an issue. Many of the additional household items mentioned in your review were not brought to our attention during your stay, which unfortunately did not give us the opportunity to address them. We always encourage guests to let us know if something is missing or needs attention so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. Regarding reimbursement, the purchases were made without prior discussion or approval. Had we been made aware of the specific needs, we would have gladly explored appropriate solutions. We appreciate your comments, as they help us improve the experience for future guests, and we wish you all the best. --

Repeat Stay

This is our 2nd time staying at Patricia’s lovely home. My bother is ill and the hospital is in close proximity so we had no hesitation in booking another week with her. She is a wonderful host, responds immediately, addresses concerns quickly - although nothing was major - and genuinely cares about her renters. If we have to go back to this area again we are not wanting to stay any place else. It is warm and comfortably designed, thank you again for sharing your beautiful home!

Great Family Getaway

House clean in a good neighborhood. Air conditioning issues the first few days, the owner was very accommodating. She had maintenance come in and repair the following day. No trash bags provided, but I consider that trivial complaint. It is a home away from home that was much nicer than any hotel.

Amazing Property!

What a find! It was a very beautiful home. We were so very pleasantly surprised. When we walked in, we had to keep walking because the properly was large, very clean, very totally updated. We actually thought it was a model home with everything so gorgeous and everything we needed was provided. The neighborhood was very quiet and had trees everywhere! We cannot say enough great things. Thank you!
