Visit Old Florida and Come Fish the Best Bass Lake in the Region!

We are currently offering a 20 percent discount due to Hurricane Ian. Some of our pictures are older and show our lovely back patio that is no longer there, hence the discount. There is still plenty of seating for relaxing and taking in all our lake has to offer on the back concrete deck. So come visit the Noodle House, as it is known by the locals due to its macaroni shape. This unique semi-circle shape allows spectacular views from every room in the house and is an old cracker style cottage with all the amenities of home. We have a beautiful private dock and boathouse that is covered along with an observation deck that goes out into the water. Plenty of beach frontage for the kiddies to play and a large outdoor open patio with plenty of seating. There is also a fire pit located down by the beach for those cozy nights and clear skies. The grilling area is just to the right of the back patio and offers both a new gas grill. Plenty of parking on the double driveway out front which is over 100 feet long for guests and toys. The cottage is just a few houses down from the boat ramp to put your boat in, if you desire, with multiple tie ins in and around our dock.

The cottage is centrally located to many of Florida's attractions and theme parks, not to mention our lovely little town which is less then 5 minutes away. Come visit Lake Placid and take in beautiful "Old Florida" with it's quaint downtown area and antique/thrift shops.
