When you're not out exploring, unwind in our large, private backyard oasis or inside the house on the plush furnishings!

Step inside and relish the renovated coastal cottage, coastal/modern decor, and plush furnishings! Kick back on the sofa and armchair in the living area and watch shows on the flat-screen smart TV.

The fully equipped kitchen is steps away and features updated appliances and unique countertops. Cook your famous recipe and serve it up at the dining table with seating for 4.

Spend the day at the beach or browsing the shops in downtown Sarasota before returning home to relax in one of the hammock chairs in the private, spacious backyard with a cold drink in hand.

A peaceful night's sleep awaits in the well-appointed private bedrooms. The master stands out with a flat-screen smart TV and ensuite bathroom.

Keep the fun rolling with a day spent at Anna Maria Island with a beach, seafood restaurants, and quaint shops. History buffs can travel to DeSoto National Memorial and see the exhibit about the famed explorer Hernando de Soto.

Soar through the area when you check out Bradenton Beach Parasailing or spend the day on the water fishing at Tailing Tales Charters. For more thrills, drive 30 minutes to TreeUmph! Adventure Course and climb through the trees.

Clean, Cozy, Well Located Cottage

The proprety is clean, well decorated and cozy. The neighborhood is safe, an important point for our trips. A groceries store is near by.Communication with the owners was excellent from beginning to end. Very attentive, friendly.The location was perfect for traveling and getting to know different places in Tampa. Our family spent pleasant moments in the backyard.I highly recommend this cottage and if we travel back to Tampa area we will definitely stay here again.

It was easy for me to get to Lakewood Ranch where my parents live. Then easy to get to Anna Maria Island where my In laws lived.

Cozy Cottage

Absolutely loved the cottage! Super clean and smelled cleaned for days. I would definitely stay here again. Owners were very responsive to a tv issue and it was fixed immediately. I would stay here again. I highly recommend this cottage.

Could not have picked a better place to stay!

We were in town for a soccer tournament at IMG and my husband and daughter (ages 9-14) and I had a wonderful stay! The backyard was PERFECT. We sat in the hammock chairs had dinner outside, played yard games. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you needed, other than a quick run to the grocery store right down the street. We were close to the beach, close to IMG, close to pretty much everything. The house is absolutely adorable and we were so comfortable during our stay. Not one suggestion on improvement, it was perfect. Thank you so much for keeping up with such a wonderful property. We enjoyed our week in Bradenton!

Lovely, we’ll done cottage

I was mildly concerned renting this property as it had fewer reviews than places we’ve stayed in the past. My concerns were gone within minutes of arriving. This is a lovely little Florida cottage that has been updated while keeping charm. The home is very bright, yet cool. It is just as pictured, with very nice beds, beautiful showers, and fresh clean bedding and towels. They even use washable rugs. The kitchen is well sized and stocked, new appliances throughout. The layout was perfect for our family traveling with 2 teens - 2 smaller rooms off the main living area, larger bedroom slightly separated. Backyard is a major bonus. Shed loaded with all yard and beach necessities, even beach towels in home. Conveniently located off main road to Anna Maria, but also lovely Riverview to the North for beautiful Palm drive with big homes for walking or driving. Communication with owners was easy - they were extremely responsive and considerate of timing, they hopped over quickly to help with minor hiccup. This a very well done VRBO, with needs of renters in mind.

Thanksgiving Holiday

Was perfect for family to celebrate Thanksgiving together! The backyard was amazing to help entertain our clan and house was so close to the beach too!

Snowbirding

We are first time snowbirds. Cottage had very private and inviting backyard for our dog. House was great for the 2 of us and the occasional visit from our daughter and son-in-law. It was close to everything. Great experience and the owners were quick to respond with any questions I had and provide information on the area which was very helpful! We loved it!!
