With a living area of over 200 sqm, a pool area of 150 sqm, a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 beautiful bathrooms, this villa can accommodate up to 8 people.
The west-facing villa is located on the shore of one of the numerous saltwater canals, with direct access to the open sea, in a quiet residential street, without through traffic.
The house has a new and large boat dock with sunbathing lawn. Due to its preferred western location, you can admire fantastic sunsets on the covered terrace. As soon as you enter the house, you can enjoy an incredibly beautiful view of the spacious outside area, with a pool situated on a wide canal.
High ceilings, sunny and bright rooms and large panoramic sliding doors, through which the living room can be completely opened to the covered terrace and the pool, create a spacious atmosphere. In the living room is a large flat screen TV and a Sonos surround system has been installed for musical entertainment.
The kitchen with bar counter is fully equipped with all modern bones.
The two master bedrooms, with canal views and direct access to the pool, are equipped with king-size beds. The master suite includes a spacious bathroom suite with tub, large shower, double sink and toilet. In the 2nd bathroom there is a large shower, a sink and a toilet. The 3rd bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed for 2 people, the 4th bedroom with 2 single beds. The house also includes 4 bicycles and various chairs to take to the beach.

On site you will be looked after by our German and English-speaking property management. Pets are not allowed in this villa.

Electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged according to consumption and collected on site at check-out.

We provide our guests with a small starter pack when they move in. However, we expressly point out that we generally do not provide garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, kitchen roll, soap or similar consumables, for the duration of the stay.
