This charming historical apartment building with 7 individual suites has been completely renovated and turned into modern style suites minutes from The Ark Encounter. You will love this cozy 1 bedroom suite that comfortably sleeps 2, please note this unit is located on the 2nd floor & you must use stairs to access it. Less than 5 minutes from The Ark Encounter & only 45 minutes from The Creation Museum. You will find we are a short walk from charming downtown Williamstown where you will find shops & dining. We are 45 minutes from Lexington, 35 minutes from Cincinnati and 90 minutes from Louisville.

Great experience! Very clean and neat. Fully supplied with all necessities. Check in was seamless with good communication. Loved that it was so close to The Ark Encounter and within walking distance of restaurants and antique shops. Be sure to try the bakery inside Opa’s Pizzaria for breakfast and baked goods. Wonderful!

We had a great time- convenient location! Very clean, very peaceful. We loved it! You will need to bring your own containers/plastic bags for leftovers.

Perfect place

We stayed here for four nights to allow some leisure time as we visited Ark Encounter one day, Creation museum another day along with a day of rest and sunshine. It was always nice to come back to our “four-day home” afterwards plus begin the day with breakfast right there.

Great location

Our stay was primarily to visit The Ark and the location of this unit is perfect for that. Also, plenty of places to eat in nearby Dry Ridge KY. The only suggestion would be to add a comfortable chair in the TV/living room area.

Weekend stay

My husband and I were attending a wedding near by so this was the perfect size apartment for the two of us. It was super clean and had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a softer mattress or maybe a mattress pad for the bed. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

This was a great place to stay. Gina was a great host. The only thing we would suggest is getting actual room darkening shades for the bedroom, the light shines bright all throughout the day and night. Other than that , it was a amazing stay 😊

Weekend get away

We just stayed 2 nights during our visit to the Ark Encounter. This unit worked well for us. It would be helpful to have a note for guests to explain where the grocery store is! It’s not on GPS and we couldn’t find a website but we didn’t give up! Finally found it on the opposite edge of town. Back to the apartment..,bed was comfortable, rooms are spacious and it was quiet. We would definitely return if we are back in the area.

We had a great stay, slept well both nights, very clean and comfortable. We were minutes away from the Ark Encounter, our primary destination. Should we ever return to the area, we would be happy to stay again.

Very nice and clean property. It would be nice to have a dresser inside the bedroom, but understand there are space limitations. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean minimalist unit. There is a beautiful sofa and TV in the living room but could maybe have a chair. New kitchen appliances. Very comfortable bed.

The property was well maintained and close to the attraction we were visiting. It is in a very small town but food and groceries are a short 10 minutes away by highway.

The photos online don’t show the eye sore next to the building. It was a very sketchy area and we didn’t like the looks of the home next door. The apartment was ok and clean. Steep steps to the room which was ok. A few snacks or waters would’ve also been helpful after a long care ride. Would not stay here again.
