A peaceful beach condo located under island tree canopies.....This Amelia Island getaway provides an island oasis view with a wrap around screened in porch!! Not only can you enjoy the amazing screened porch which has a treehouse feel, but you can also hear the ocean from the porch. This condo has been updated and is fully stocked to help you unwind from the busy world and enjoy some down time. The condo is also fully sanitized upon your arrival.

**The condo is on the THIRD FLOOR - 33 steps up - NO ELEVATOR BUT WELL WORTH THE STAY**

The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, microwave, toaster and dishwasher as well as starter items when you arrive....cleaning supplies, toilet paper, dish detergent, cleaning detergent, as well as linens and towels are all included.
There is also a washer/dryer in a kitchen closet. The master bedroom is a queen bed and has a TV with Roku, along with its own private bathroom and a sliding glass door to the screened in porch. The second bedroom has twin beds/full on top and a TV with Roku, with its own private bathroom as well. The Family Room has a nice open floor plan living space where you can sit down for dinner for four or you can dine out on the large, wrap around screened in porch.

The property has a swimming pool surrounded by pool chairs to relax in. Please remember that there is no life guard on duty. There are tennis courts onsite as well. An easy walking path begins at the condo property. The beach is only 2 blocks (7-0 minute walk) to the lovely Amelia Island beaches. Beach chairs and some sand toys are provided on the screened porch. Condo has one Ring camera at front door on outside.
