Located in the Promenade of Old Town Bluffton, this quaint 1-bedroom/1-bath flat is the perfect home base for a low-country getaway. Explore the many restaurants and shops of Promenade Street in the heart of Bluffton just steps from your front door or stroll down to Bluffton Oyster Factory Park for a picnic with views of the May River. So much more just down the street on the May River. Boating, fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shopping, etc…. As well as dining, live music, breweries, art galleries and historic landmarks.

Hilton Head Island is only a short 15-minute drive away with even more restaurants, shops and endless miles of beach and bike trails to further explore! There is no designated parking. Street parking or parking behind the property is available.

Hilton Head National Golf Club is 3 miles away.

The apartment looked just like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the internet and the management took care of it very quickly. Communication was great with management. Great location, walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if we are in the area. Highly recommend.

We needed a place close to the National RV Park where our friends stayed - it was about a 5 min. drive - the place was clean and neat. Be sure to bring your own Keurig cups and shampoo and conditioner. Overall - great stay!

Bluffton Get Away

Property was lovely and a great place to spend a few days relaxing. Neighborhood and merchants are all top notch as well.

The location was perfect. The apartment was adorable. Had many nice amenities(full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, washer dryer combo. Tv in bedroom and living room. It would have rated a total 5 except for parking. We were never able to park behind the unit between 7am and 11pm. All spaces were filled. We had to park in overflow lot over a block away. Seniors should be aware of that and that it was a 3rd floor unit with 2 sets of about 20 steps(total 40 steps) to access the lovely apartment. A grab bar for tub shower would have been helpful as well. As senior citizens we would defintitely return but would rent the lower (2nd floor) unit. The area was quiet at night. All in all this was a lovely apartment.

Amazing location right in the middle of charming downtown Bluffton. Coffee shop and restaurant right downstairs, and many shops nearby. Wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Old Towne Bluffton. This apartment was everything we needed for our stay. It was great to be in walking distance to the restaurants, and be so close to Bluffton, Hilton Head, & Savannah!

Great stay

Very clean with all the amenities needed. Very nice decor and furniture. Very welcoming to relax in and an excellent location walking distance to great restaurants a coffee shop and an ice cream shop. You can walk to the May river dock and park area.

Weekend Getaway

This was a great location for a weekend in Bluffton. It is in walking distance of great food, shopping and walks to the water. The unit was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The couch was comfortable and we enjoyed the casual vibe of the unit. We would stay here again!

In-town Gem

We came to visit our daughter for Labor Day and decided to stay in Old Town as she works at Central Perk. We loved the little apartment, the proximity to shopping, dining, walking out to the bluff, and the ease of access to the Island, Beaufort, Savannah, etc. We'll definitely keep this place on our list!

Location Location Location

Absolutely loved the area and it’s proximity to all the places we wanted to visit (Hilton Head, Savannah, and Beaufort). The town could not have been cuter, and had great restaurants and shops right outside our door. The rental unit was super clean, it was comfortable and was sufficiently supplied to cook in. I would not hesitate to stay in it again.

Let’s start with the good: • Very clean — kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom. • Towels and sheets were great. • Great location. • A/C was quiet. Now, the reason for my 2-star rating: There are 28 photos in the listing. Out of those 28, only pictures 3, 4, 6, 9, 12, 13 (very important), 19, 23, and 28 actually belong to the property. All the other images feel deceiving, as they have nothing to do with the place itself. I originally thought the entrance would be the one shown in the first picture—not even close. You actually enter through the stairs shown in picture 13 (the white stairs), and then there’s another set of stairs up to the third floor. Additionally: • No shampoo provided. • Two windows were slightly open, and you could hear every noise from outside.

Perfect location

This little hideaway was in the perfect location for exploring all of old town Bluffton on foot. We had no problems parking or locating the property, and inside it was clean and well-cared for. The perfect spot for me and my husband. We encountered one very minor issue with the toilet seat, but it was fixed right away after checking with us on a convenient time. Highly recommend.

Charming Stay

This is a perfect location central to everything that Bluffton has to offer! It is a very cute and comfortable apartment, and the rental company was easy to communicate with and everyone I spoke to was great. The apartment can be a little noisy with traffic as well as the bars, but it is not very loud and is an easy trade-off for being so close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere during our visit. The apartment was small and comfortable, and I appreciated that they provided all of the basic amenities we might need, with a hand written note and cold waters in the fridge!

Hope to return next year

Parking is sometimes a problem, but if you’re creative, you can find spots. My few complaints were handled immediately by the host and the only suggestion I might make is that some sort of a rubber-non slip mat in the shower would be beneficial to elderly guests. Hot water sometimes takes awhile to get up to temperature, but when it does there is plenty of it.

Second year at this location

This was our second year at this location, and I would not hesitate to come back next year. If I were to suggest improvements, I can only say that the time to get the hot water to the apartment takes quite awhile.But once you get it, there is plenty of it. And for older people, the shower floor mat makes what was a very tricky operation, a much safer situation. Without the mat the floor of the shower is very slippery.

2 months without snow.

The apartment is fine. My problem was getting up the stairs with bags of groceries. I still have this month. Have enjoyed walking around many walks around old town Bluffton . I would suggest that employees at local business not sit on steps and discard their cigarette butts there.
