You will be literally less than one minute away from the French Quarter.

If you want to try some of the best NOLA has to offer when it comes to food, you can’t miss the local hot spot Ruby Slipper Cafe, located right next door to your condo. With over 3000 5-star reviews of their amazing food, this is a must-visit place while you are here. Make sure to try those amazing bisquettes, we promise you’ll never taste anything quite like it. Other options include crowd favorites like Chophouse New Orleans, The Tasting Room, Lilly’s CafĂ© and more, as well as Starbucks located in Sheraton Hotel, right next to your condo.

Parking
There is no parking at the property. But you can find paid parking nearby.

‱ Premium Parking P 346 – 2 minutes walking distance - prices vary from day to day, typically it's $30-35/night
‱ Street parking paid - Central Business District and Warehouse District are $3.00 an hour. Parking meter rates are $2.00 an hour everywhere else in the city of New Orleans. Operating hours for the meters are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday-Saturday. Parking is prohibited at meters in designated rush hour zones from 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. Please read the meters before you park! Also, know that broken meters are not free passes. They are technically off-limits and could land you a ticket!

‱ The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
‱ The building is located on a bustling street, which can be disturbing in the evenings.
‱ For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request.
‱ The property is very bright due to the skylight.
House rules
‱ NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
‱ Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
‱ Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
‱ Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
‱ Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
‱ State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
‱ Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
‱ House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
‱ For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Weekend Getaway

Great trip to NOLA for the weekend. Location was perfect for access to several areas. The area was quiet, clean, and not busy. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic location / terrible bed

The location during super bowl was 6 stars out of 5...Didnt need an uber all weekend. The bed is a complete disaster and if you move it makes a terrible noise. It also wasnt comfortable and the sheets/pillows were VERY cheap. If you upgraded the bed / sheets /pillow the unit would be very appealing. The bathroom was fine- no frills and what you need. But unless they upgrade the bed, you will not sleep well.

Location & cleanliness of the place was great. Place had everything we need However couch was VERY uncomfortable to sit on and the bed was very noisy. Every movement made a loud creaking sound. Better living room sitting area is needed. Other than that great time, great town. Would definitely return.

Terrible furniture

Location is amazing and convenient but that’s about all the positives I can say about this property. The bed and couch were the most uncomfortable ever. Towels were small and scratchy. Hard wood floors chipping and leaving pieces all around. Building is secure and the location great but I don’t think I’d spend money to stay here again.

Crawfish Getaway

The purpose of this little getaway was for the wife and I to enjoy some private time together and to also find a place where we could enjoy some good seafood, specifically crawfish. We accomplished all of the above. The loft was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, spacious, relaxing and close to Bourbon Street. We would definitely considering staying again in the future.
