Great proximity to airport

This was a great place to sleep the night before an early flight, with plenty of food options near by. The host was extremely accomodating to our needs.

Kevin is exceptional at communication! Our check in/out process was easy with his descriptions.The space was safe, secure, clean and exactly what we needed coming out of the airport! I highly recommend this rental to anyone!

I wish we could stay here longer than one night, there were so many things included in the apartment that made our stay very comfortable. We were able to wash our clothes and hang them up to dry. The place has 2 rooms and comfortably sleeps four people, it was overall very tidy and clean. The host was really welcoming and responsive to my messages ever since reserving weeks beforehand.

Three night stay

We spent our first three nights here during our visit to Costa Rica. The property is only a short drive from the airport which made it convenient as a starting point. In a "gated neighborhood" with a parking place inside a locked gate, it seemed to be a secure place to stay in the residential area of Alajuela. The property was adequate and gave a taste of local life.

Loved the place

Reminded me of college days. Nice breeze, bust neighborhood. Slept gr8. Much nicer than the beach house. Kevin is nice and his his wife and neighbors. Felt right at home.

Kevin's place was exactly what we needed for one night before flying out of SJO the next morning. It was very clean, lots of sleeping space for our family (3 separate bedrooms) and very convenient to the airport. Kevin was a great host and his communication was clear and prompt. He met us on our arrival, was very helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment lacked a sitting area or "living room"-type space (other than the table to eat at) so that might be a consideration for longer stays with a group. The neighborhood was safe and easy to find. We would recommend and use Kevin's place again if needing to overnight in the airport/Alajuela area.
