We understand the significance of feeling at ease, unwinding, and relaxing after a busy day, whether from work or leisure activities. This understanding led us to create a welcoming environment for all guests, providing a space to rest, rejuvenate, and appreciate the vibrant surroundings of "Colorful Colorado Springs".
Situated on a sunlit corner lot, the house offers immediate access to trails within the neighborhood. This two-story residence features three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, an attached two-car garage, and stunning views of Pikes Peak and the Frontal Range from the primary bedroom, the living room entrance, and the west-facing windows.
The main level boasts an open floor plan with a spacious kitchen and a walk-out to the back patio. The primary bathroom is a luxurious five-piece suite, complete with a soaking tub, a separate shower, and double sinks.
All necessary kitchen utensils for cooking are provided, and the bathrooms are equipped with shampoos, conditioners, bath products, and more.
The house is enhanced with numerous "smart" features designed to provide added convenience and security during your stay. These features include:
- High-Speed Wi-Fi Internet
-Amazon Firestick enabled TVs allow access to your favorite streaming services (there are pre-installed apps for local and national news, weather, and current events).
- Smart keypad lock on the front door
- Smart thermostat
- Smart garage door opener
- Ring security cameras and floodlights positioned outside the property, including over the garage, above the back patio area, a video garage keypad, and a video doorbell at the front entrance.
The house manual, which will be emailed to you upon confirmation of your reservation, provides further details regarding these features.
Guest Access:
Guests are welcome to all areas of the house, with the exception of the locked closet in Bedroom #2, which contains the supplies needed to maintain the home's cleanliness for your stay.
We pay close attention to every detail, ensuring that all amenities provided make you feel at home during your visit.
Additional Information:
This property operates on a self-catering basis. We provide an initial supply of toiletries, cleaning products, toilet paper, paper towels, etc.
If you require safety gates for the stairs, please inform us before your check-in date, and we will arrange for their installation. Please note that the house is not equipped to be "child/baby-proof." Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times.
House Rules to Consider Before Booking:
Please adhere to the following guidelines:

âą Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited on the property, both indoors and outdoors.

âą Shoes must be removed inside the house.
⹠The thermostat should not be set above 75°F for heating or below 68°F for cooling.
