This beautifully top-floor remodeled and cozy chic beach condo is nestled in one of the few serene nooks of the Niguel Beach Terrace community RIGHT across the street from Strands Beach!

This beautiful beach is accessible with both stairs and a city-run elevator, and perfect for a getaway! Enjoy the sun and sand and then take a dip in the secluded association hot tub right around the corner! With a custom-made sofa, luxurious coastal inspired master bedroom, guest room, new kitchen appliances, outdoor breakfast patio, and outdoor lounge patio with firepit, you will be secluded from the beach parking lot noise but close enough to smell the salt-water breeze! Enjoy the green lawn and garden the breakfast patio overlooks as it is not sandwiched between other units - something not common in this neighborhood. If you want a bit more action, take a short drive to Disneyland or Legoland, or visit one of the many local restaurants for your favorite food and drink!

House Rules:
a. No unauthorized pets allowed – If pets are seen on the Property or evidence of pets being present is found without host approval, your reservation will be canceled, and the Guest will be asked to leave the Property immediately. A non-refundable pet fee of $250 per approved dog will apply per reservation. Excessive noise to include barking resulting in noise complaints may result in immediate removal of the pet from the Property and/or termination of the reservation.
b. No smoking/vaping of any substance inside the Property or outside on the balconies/front porch/steps, to include any HOA common property – If evidence of smoking is found, Guest will be asked to leave the Property immediately and will be subject to deposit forfeiture.
c. No loud noises after 10pm. Noise complaints will be taken seriously. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
d. Additional overnight guests past the reservation quantity are not permitted without prior approval from your host. If overnight guests past the reservation quantity are reported without approval, the reservation will either 1) be canceled without refund and the Guest will be asked to leave immediately for violating occupancy restrictions or 2) a $25 fee per night per guest will be charged. Maximum overnight occupancy is 4 guests.
e. Towels and linens provided are for in home use only, they are not to be taken to the pool or beach, with exception of the designated pool/beach towels.
f. The hanging of clothes, towels, and other laundry items on balcony railing or patio railing is not permitted.
g. Early check-in cannot be guaranteed. Owner will attempt to allow early check-in if the schedule allows. Late check-out is not allowed. Guest will be liable for any cost incurred by the Owner due to delaying the ability for the next guest to check in. Extensions to reservations may be available on a case-by-case basis depending on availability. Please contact the Owner in advance to reservation extensions.
h. Do not place anything other than toilet tissue in the toilets. If a handyman or plumber is required due to the fault of the Guest, all costs associated with repairs will be the responsibility of the Guest.
i. Do not place excessive and or large food items down the kitchen garbage disposal, to include eggshells, coffee grounds, bones, whole foods, and meats. Do not place any non-food items down the kitchen garbage disposal. If a handyman or plumber is required due to the fault of the Guest, all costs associated with repairs will be the responsibility of the Guest.
j. Property is expected to be left in the same condition it was found. The cleaning and turnover staff documents the condition of the Property before and after each check-in/check-out, as well as takes an inventory of items. If any damage is done, please inform the Owner immediately. The Guest may be responsible for the cost of replacement items (damaged, broken or missing).
k. A Ring doorbell has been installed that is capable of recording audio and video. This is not only for the safety of our guests, but also to assist with our turnover process as well as with check-in/check-out. It is only monitored on an as-needed basis and only monitors the front door area of the Property. Tampering with or disabling the doorbell is strictly prohibited.
l. Rental agreement will be provided upon booking outlining the terms of the reservation as well as the house rules above, and is required to be signed before check-in. Host reserves the right to conduct a standard rental background check on all persons booking reservations.

Amazing!

This was an amazing stay - the location, the condo, the neighbors and the property manager are all top notch. Our family stayed for 2 months during our home remodel, and we just had the best experience! The property is absolutely lovely, stylish, clean and well appointed. Just bring your clothes and stay a while... We highly recommend!

Our family recently decided to relocate from NJ and try some West Coast living. Having family in the Santa Monica area we wanted to be close, but on our own. We decided to explore Dana Point…and boy did we hit the jackpot with this unit! The condo is beachy and beautiful, super clean and loaded with every amenity and “extra” you could ever need or want. John was highly communicative and very friendly and easy to contact and respond, we are so appreciative to his family for their kindness. The little extras of Nespresso pods, Perrier bottles, and delicious pastries from Gianna’s was a wonderful treat upon checking in. Smart Lock entry makes everything very simple. The location is beyond a 10/10. Every morning we hiked the Strands headlands and walked the Revenant trail…continued down the beach a few hundred yards to Young’s Beach Shack for coffee and ocean views watching the surfers. Every night we walked into the Lantern District to try another wonderful restaurant. Parked the car and barely used it again. Thank you, John and Family, for giving us a month of pure delight!

We would definitely rent this again when we are in town. Great value for the price. Kitchen is very nice and all new appliances.

Best property at Strands Beach!

If you are looking for the perfect coastal getaway right across from Strands beach, look no further! There are several units available in this complex but none of them have the coastal modern decor and feel you are looking for in a beach property! Trust me, I know the area well and have done my research! This is by FAR, the best unit available for short term rent in the area. And John is an AMAZING host! He immediately responds to any questions you may have and has done everything he can to provide you with every comfort needed in his impeccably decorated condo. I am already booking my next stay and consider this property my home away from home!

Great place to stay

We stayed in this very comfortable vacation condo for 2 months this year and have booked for next year. It was very comfortable, the decor was fresh and appealing and the host was so accommodating. Kitchen had updated appliances and was fully stocked with cooking utensils and really, all one needed for dining in. We relaxed on the well appointed deck in the evening when we weren’t relaxing in the nearby hot tub. Highly recommend this condo for a stress free vacation

One of the best in Niguel Beach Terrace

The condo "is" as the pictures show. Very nicely decorated, new dishes, cutlery, bedding, towels. Nice location near the more private hot tub. Neighbors were very quiet - never heard any noise. John was very responsive to anything we asked for - if we needed something it was normally delivered within 1 or 2 days.

BEST VRBO EVER!

During our travels, we've stayed in a lot of VRBO's - and this gem was our absolute favorite. We were a little cautious when initially booking our reservation as we knew this was going to be a long stay for us, but the location & accommodations more than met & exceeded our expectations. The condo itself is beyond charming & decorated in a very fresh & relaxing beach style. There is a great little fire pit on one of the balconies with bistro lights & another little seating table & chairs on the other balcony overlooking the pool. The master bed was EXTREMELY comfortable & all the linens were clean & new. The kitchen appliances functioned perfectly & the dishes, pots, pans, small appliances, etc. were all clean & in new/fantastic condition. This VRBO was a truly a great place to be & we genuinely didn't want to leave. The location CAN'T be beat! It's a short walk to one of the most gorgeous beaches in CA. We absolutely LOVED our stay here & can't wait to go back! The owners were honestly the best we've ever dealt with! They were very approachable, communicative, friendly and professional. When we arrived, there was a beautiful bouquet of flowers and lovely note welcoming us. If we every had a question about anything, they were very responsive & helpful. Again, can't say enough great things about this charming little beach gem. Our entire experience was WONDERFUL!

Close proximity to Strands Beach, but tucked away in a quiet part of the community near the adult spa. As opposed to many other units in the community that offer little privacy and protection from beach parking lot noise, this unit overlooks a well-manicured grass lawn with hummingbirds and butterflies. Clean, updated, and peaceful with friendly neighbors! There is even a secure back gate that allows for quick access to walk into town for shopping or a meal.
