With a foam bed, indoor fireplace, fully functional kitchen and bathroom, dining area, and more, you'll be amazed at how spacious and roomy it feels. And that's just the inside!

➤Please park in the gravel pad off the driveway and in front of the camper, directly to the right of the "Welcome" camper yard sign. If that space isn't available, you can park anywhere there's room on the cul-de-sac. Please just take care not to block other cars or driveways. The camper will be unlocked when you arrive; there will be a key to lock it on the hooks to the right of the door.

Other things to note

➤ Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to choose between a damage deposit ($10) or a damage waiver ($35) through third-party provider Truvi. They will contact you via email and/or text to complete the process. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in.

➤ We live in a separate house on the same property.

➤ Shared areas: Outdoor spaces including back yard, patio, fire pit and grill. Firepit outside is gas.

➤ Events are subject for approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $200.00 and those with large productions start at $500.00.

➤LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS
Last-minute bookings are reservations that was made within 48-72 hours before the checkin date.Please be aware that for last-minute bookings, our standard check-in time is adjusted to 7 PM. However, in some cases, we may be able to accommodate a 4 PM check-in so please let us know asap if you need an earlier check-in, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.

➤STARTER SUPPLIES
In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a few other basic items. Please note that these supplies are not intended to last for the entire duration of your booking but are provided to avoid the need to rush to the supermarket immediately upon arrival.
