Welcome to Park Ave Getaway, an AvantStay Home!

This cozy home is located right next to the Park City Library and park and is just a few minutes walk from Main Street and the Old Town lift. It’s a fantastic location for those who want to do a little bit of everything during their stay.

Entering the home, guests are met with a cozy, open living and kitchen area. The ample windows highlight sweeping views of the mountain ski resort and the park. The kitchen features beautiful countertops and seating for 5 at the bar as well as comfortable seating for 6 at the dining table.

The formal living area boasts cozy seating for the whole family next to a fireplace and surrounding a full entertainment system, including TV and more. Just off this living space is the back deck, where guests can enjoy the hot tub during winter months, as well as grilling and outdoor seating in the summer months.
Conveniently located off the main living area is a full bathroom, mudroom for after those long days on the slopes, and extra storage space. The one-car garage also connects to the home through the mudroom, making ski storage simple and easy.

Heading upstairs, guests will find three comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, lovely views of the eastern mountains and a flat-screen Panasonic TV. The second bedroom features a full-twin bunk bed set, entertainment system and plenty of storage. Finally, the third bedroom features another queen bed, views of the park and a Samsung TV.

Off the hall is a full bathroom with beautiful mosaic tiling to service these three bedrooms.

Also on the second floor is the spacious master bedroom featuring a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, and excellent, private outdoor seating area. Enjoy a 55” tv and an extra deep suite tub after a full day on the mountain.

AvantStay provides an upscale experience with services that elevate your stay and save time so you can enjoy every moment. Guests have access to a 24/7 support team. Whether it’s fridge stocking or in-home massages, AvantStay offers a variety of upgrades & experiences to enhance your stay.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

Parking Details:
There are parking spaces for 2 cars.
​​​​​​​Large SUVs will not fit in the driveway or garage.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Awesome location

Perfect for a couples trip. The location was walking distance from the slopes, and there’s a hot tub overlooking a dog park, so it doesn’t get much better than that!

Family Ski Trip

Family of 4 - (2 parents, a 25 yr.old and 19 yr. old) for a quickly arranged Spring Break Ski Trip. The house was great. Every amenity was as described, all were terrific, and the house was perfect for our needs. Great location - walk to slopes, walk to town, great views of mountain and overlooking a large public field (so no buildings behind the house).

Perfect for our needs. Close to town and walk to ski resort. Bus stop right next to the unit. Dog park in back of unit was great spot for the kids to sled and play in the snow. The right size for 3 couples and 2 children. Wonderful trip and place. Thank you.

Fabulous Family Spring Break Ski Trip

This home was perfect for our family ski trip. We spent many spring breaks skiing with our 3 children and now that they are in their early twenties and 2 are married, coordinating schedules is a little more complicated, but we made it happen and this house was perfect-- all 4 couples were able to have their own bedroom and having three full baths was great! We loved the convenient 10-15 minute walk to Main Street (or hop on the free bus) and we loved the 5-7 minute bus ride (bus stop-library stop- one minute walk from door) to the Park City base to ski. We rented our skis from Park City rentals and used their free valet service so we could take the bus home, or make the easy walk (down the steps) to the house in 7 minutes. We loved looking out the windows and watching the dogs in the Dog park.- had my coffee and watched them play each morning. We enjoyed après' ski in the hot tub. About14 inches of snow fell while we were there so the kids sledded on the hill at on one end of the dog park. Adult children still love to sled! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the house also has a nice selection of games that we played each night. The couple of issues/questions we had were quickly resolved/answered by the management company! Loved that I could just text them any question I had. I hope to rent this house again for another fabulous family trip!

Great family rental in Park City

Well laid-out home very near both the slopes and downtown Park City. If anything, slightly closer to slopes which made skiing a breeze. Looks out on a dog park - several puppies came to say hello while we were in hot tub! Only issue - the thermostat keep auto-changing to warmer in the night. I'm sure that can be fixed by owner. Highly recommend.

Great Location and House

This was perfect for our group of nine friends! We loved using the hot tub, and you could walk to the ski lift in less than 10 min and to the town in 15 min. We didn't have to rent cars, and it made it easy for everyone to do their own thing as they pleased. Great location, great home!

Super comfortable home, in a fantastic location.

This home was perfect for our ski trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials, spices, tin foil, coffee filters, etc, which just makes life so much easier. The open floor plan was great for a big group. Nice to have the gas fireplace, and the hot tub, that overlooked the dog park, which was a real treat. It was less than a ten minute walk to the Park City Resort Base, and a one block walk to the bus stop. Convenient to come home and drop our skis in the garage. It is clear that the owners take good care of this home, and make provisions for their guests to feel at home.

Feb Vacation

The location was situated perfectly between downtown and the main Ski Lift which we walked to each day. We especially enjoyed ending our days back at the house watching the gathering of dogs with their owners running around and playing in the snow at the park behind the house. It was like having a Disney Movie right outside our window.

The home and location were even better than we expected. The home was a great size for our group. It was comfy, cozy and well-appointed. It was an easy walk to Main St as well as Park City Mountain. And, we really enjoyed watching the dogs play at the off-leash park. Our vacation was perfect in every way.
