Lake House on Lake Kampeska - Perfect family getaway!

Welcome to your perfect family vacation home!

NEW IN 2025: We have completely re-landscaped the lakeside yard with two patio sitting areas, easy lake access to the dock and water, a beautiful firepit area on the lower patio, and space for dining and grilling under the pergola on the upper patio.

With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, there is space for one to three families or groups to spread out. Perfect for small groups, too! (If you have questions about whether or not the house will work for your group's numbers, please message me)

We have 116’ of lakefront and a very large grass lawn to play on (Fall 2025: grass in the lakeside yard is just now regrowing after our extensive yard remodel, so no foot traffic for now). There are a couple of kayaks available for guest use so that you can enjoy being on the lake.

Our shaded lakeside patio features a dining set big enough for six, as well as an additional loveseat couch. Enjoy your coffee in the mornings and the firepit in the evenings while basking in the panoramic lake views.

There are three living room areas to enjoy: the lakeside living room features a fireplace and beautiful lake views with doors to access the lakeside patio. The den features a huge, comfy sectional couch with a TV that can access your streaming content. And the sun room features the best views in the house along with a foosball table and a conversation hangout area.

All bedrooms have plenty of space with room for your luggage. Linens are provided and all bedrooms feature blackout curtains for late-sleepers.

The house is located near Memorial Park Campground, which features playgrounds and hiking trails. And the walking/biking trail that encircles the lake is directly in front of our house (bring your own bikes).

For boaters and ice fishers: there is a public boat ramp for larger watercraft not even a mile away at Memorial Park and a small lake access ramp for smaller watercraft or ice fishing huts much closer to the house. Boaters are welcome to tie up your watercraft to our dock for short periods of time when you can keep an eye on it (bring your own bumpers/fenders), but you will need to take your watercraft out of the lake each night.

Hunters: Sorry, there is no garage access and no dogs allowed on the property.

Note for taller guests: there are a couple areas with low ceilings on the lower level of the house.

Beautiful lake views, a cozy place close to a park. Nice outside seating areas that are lit up at night. Fun game room for kids when it was cool outside. Nice kitchen to prepare meals for a group. Bedrooms were small but all the beds were comfy. Owners very nice to work with. Would stay again.

Easy check-in. Awesome property on the Lake. All the amenities that you need. Beautiful fire pit by the lake. We made s’mores with our family in the evenings. We had a boat, so the dock was very nice to have and it was a very nice dock. Showers / bath tub worked great. Highly Recommended.

Family Fun

We enjoyed swimming, fishing, kayaking and sitting around the campfire. We played yard yahtzee and ball in the park near by because the front yard was not quite large enough. The lake yard was not available due to landscaping. We had everything needed for our stay. Thank you!

Getaway weekend with friends

We had a lovely weekend with friends. The house was spacious, comfy and very clean. We brought our bikes - did a bit of biking around the lake, and geocaching in and around Watertown, fire in the fire pit. Highly recommend.

Lake Kampeska get away

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and the experience has been wonderful both times. The house is extremely comfortable and it is very convenient to Watertown. The kitchen is wonderful, the bathrooms are spacious and the bedrooms are comfortable. I would love to be able to stay here again next year.

Siblings weekend

The property was wonderful, very clean, plenty of room and located close to many area attractions. Stephanie was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. The beach picture that was shown was not what I expected but could be to high water? We enjoyed the fishing and time out on the patio. I recommend this property to anyone visiting Watertown.

Everything they said it would be.

Great locations, very friendly to work with and prompt. Well stocked with all needs for bathroom, kitchen and bedrooms. Only fallback was parking with our large group.

Beautiful property on Lake Kampeska.

The property is right on the lake and is very well maintained. The house is extremely comfortable and roomy. The kitchen is nicely appointed, the bathrooms are more than adequate and the towels are plentiful and thick. Very easy access to Watertown. I would recommend this property with no reservations.

Peaceful lake get-away

We enjoyed our short but quite and relaxing lake stay. The place was spacious and clean. We had a good meal at the Sand Bar across the lake which also has great views of the lake. We would recommend staying at this property since we had an excellent time.

Parking

Parking was an issue but neighbors across the street were very nice about parking pickup and boat on that side for the night . Son was not comfortable about leaving in the camp ground parking lot all night . The parking right at the end of the road is only until 10 pm .
