Everything was amazing during our week here. With the suggestions of the host we also had great adventures that were planned out for us. What a relaxing and unbelievable time we had. Private beach within steps of the front door. In ground pool in the backyard. Just perfection!!!! Couldnât have been a better trip and owners are amazing!!! Thanks so much!
Was a Amzing , Family had the best Vacation ever !! Highly recommend the Monkey tour with papa mano
Also definitely do the 4 wheel drive adventure ask Jeffery or Debbie . Was also great seen two water falls kids had a blast . Papa mano monkey tourist the best ever !! Rain maker hiking in the jungle , great tour and swimming in the pools !! The best part was also the private b ach and bone fire at night on the beach . Absolutely loved this place we also had a private chef cook amazing costa rican dishes . Definitely worth every moment food was out of this world good !! ask Debbie for the info , She has to be the best Host ever !!
The house had everything we needed. Located a short walk down the driveway and across a dirt road took us to a beautiful beach on the Pacific. The homeâs pool was very clean and refreshing. Perfect place!Debbie the property manager is incredibly responsive and helpful. With her assistance we had a surf fishing guide as well as a wonderful private guide for Manuel Antonio National Park.
The house is nice and big and is in a very nice location across from the beach. While weâre there, the waves were too big to swim, and there were lots of bugs that were very tiny and bit our legs resulting in a lot of itching! The really big problem with the house is that there is no comfortable place downstairs nor upstairs to sit. The seats upstairs were very stiff and uncomfortable and downstairs there are only dining room chairs which are only comfortable for a while. We enjoyed our time at the house, but wouldâve enjoyed it much more, if there were good places to sit and relax! Debbie & Deems were very responsive.
This was our second stay at the Palo Seco Treehouse. The area is lovely and quiet, with the beach just across the road. The house was perfect for our five adult family members and had all of the amenities we needed. Debbie and Deems were great hosts, providing timely information prior to our stay and responding quickly if we needed anything once we arrived. I would highly recommend this property!
The check in process was flawless! Debbie and her husband were absolutely wonderful! They helped us plan excursions and even let us tour their home and showed us the monkeys and sloth nearby. It was perfect for our family! We would definitely recommend this house to all! The beach was like our own private paradise as we barely saw anyone out entire stay. Thanks again for everything!
This is a perfect getaway for those looking for a secluded place. Grocery store is not far, and the drive to tourist attractions are not far at all either. For those who are older and love visiting the beach ... The picture of the walkway to the beach, which is listed on the VRBO site is NOT updated. The walkway is overgrown and you have to clear the small path each day due to coconuts and palm limbs that have fallen. Also, there is no couches located in the house, as far as comfort seating is concerned. Just hard benches which are only located on the second floor and they r very small.
We got exactly what we were looking for in our rental... on the beach with a pool!! We could walk out our front door, cross the dirt road and be on the beach. We would walk the beach each morning and if you saw 5 people that was a busy day!. The house was absolutely wonderful and the pool did not disappoint!! It was a plunge pool and the water was always warm enough that you could just walk in and enjoy sitting on the bench with a drink in hand. Loved going out to the ocean at 5:15 every night to watch the sunset and then go back to make dinner or go out to a few different restaurants along the beach... our favourite was Mar y sol... everything was good there. Communication with the property managers was wonderful and Deems and Debbie always responded quickly to any questions we had for them. All in all we would definitely come back, it was exactly what we expected and what we needed for our 3 week stay.
We had a wonderful stay! The location is nice and quiet, right on the beach and close to Quepos. The beach is clean and soft sand. Water great for body boarding. Only downside is there is no real comfy place to sit and relax. The property manager is fantastic. Would stay here again.
We would book this place again and again. It is absolutely perfect. Everything was great - location, the house itself, beds, amenities, pool - EVERYTHING!
Nancy was super-accommodating and a wonderful host.
Nancy was a fantastic host and catered to our every need. Great location and a virtually private oceanfront beach to enjoy. Nancy suggested ideas for our 7-year-old granddaughter and introduced us to a local guide and surf instructor. We would definitely return. Thanks Nancy for a very memorable stay.
Very nice house with beautiful view of the beach. Nancy, the property manager, was extremely available and helpful. The location was very convenient for adventures in Jaco and Quepos.
The house was beautiful and the location couldnât have been better! Nancy was helpful and so friendly. The house had everything you could want . I canât recommend it more!
This home was perfect. We enjoyed everything about this location, the pool, barbecue area and of course the beach. Nancy was always available to help with any questions we had. We really enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back next year.
This remote beautiful home was a wonderful way to unplug. Literally had the beach and ocean to ourselves the entire week. The sand was dark which was unique and ocean was definitely swimmable. At least one walkable restaurant. The house was fully clean, stocked and exactly like the pictures. Loved using the grill. Debbie was an excellent host, great communication and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Loved our stay!!
Very nice home, clean with a nice pool and deck furniture. Beach is across the road, no development along the shore for miles. Not particularly swimmable. Flat beach, easy to walk. Not much to do in Paritta, 40 minutes from Jaco and Manuel Antonio National Reserve.
Beach was amazing - a strong undertow so not for everyone perhaps but basically a private beach. Body surfing was great! House was very comfortable with private bath for each bedroom. Would consider going back!
This house was just across the dirt road to the beach. We sat on the second floor balcony and had happy hour and watch the waves. Is life any better then this? Pura Vida
So much fun! We had a group of six (3 couples) which worked out perfectly with the 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. The Treehouse was clean, secure, and updated. Monkeys, iguanas, frogs, dogs, etc all came to visit us on different days. Nancy (the property manager) was very kind and communicative. A wonderful place to stay!
My Husband and I spent a week a here and everything was absolutely perfect! The house has everything you need and being only steps from the beach was awesome. The water is a little rough for swimming but we enjoyed boogie boarding and utilized the pool when we just wanted to relax. Nancy is a great host and recommend the bar/restaurant down the road (coldest beer in Costa Rica!). The family that owns the restaurant were so welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious, we stopped by just about everyday for either lunch or dinner. If you are looking for a great house on the beach, look no further!
For our first time in Costa Rica, the treehouse was exactly what we wanted. We spent the month of February relaxing by the pool, playing in the ocean, and taking long walks on the beach. Sunsets were stunning. Manuel Antonio National Park is a must see. The fruit and vegetable stands in Parrita are great places for fresh food. We shopped at the local bakery and butcher. We also visited Jaco and Quepos more than once. The restaurant at the beginning of the road is amazing! The hosts, Debbie and Deems, were very knowledgeable about the area and available for any questions.
Deems and Debbie have lived in Costa Rica full time for over 10 years, they are permanent residence. They recently built a new home on Playa Palo Seco and live there with their 4 dogs and 10 chickens. Deems and Debbie have a strong background in property management and in construction and hope to make your stay a pleasant one.
