Everything was as shown in the photos. The house was fully furnished and bright and cheerful. The neighborhood is very quiet and close to stores restaurants and beaches. The pool is very nice and there are chairs and pool toys available. The garage is large and we were able to put our car inside. There is a washer/dryer in the garage so you can wash your sandy beach items for the next day. The kitchen has lots of gadgets for cooking. There are plenty of towels. The house was nice and cool. The showers are strong. The best part there is so much space compared to a hotel room. We would rent this house again it was clean and welcoming.

Nice place. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would have been nice to have a grill and lay down chairs out at pool as pictured in listing. It rained 3 days while here so did some shopping. Would rent again.

Wonderful stay

Lovely, clean home with all the amenities, Beautiful pool and quiet and convenient location. Responsive host and easy Check in and out. Would definitely stay again and very happy with our visit. Very pleased- my husband and I loved it.

Venice getaway

All in all we had a great stay. The pool was a trip saver. With all the beach closings ,it was so nice to have on the property. It was saddening to see all the destruction to the area from the hurricane. The property was was in great shape for what it had been through in comparison to many up and down the street. management was honest and upfront as to the status of the property prior to our arrival. We enjoyed our stay. Once things get cleared away and beach status improves. We would love to rebook this location later in the season...After the holidays.

Venice Home with Pool

Enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable home. Loved the pool. Was worried that this was two days after the hurricane but owner was kind enough to allay any fears we had. Would stay here again.

Beautiful private home

We loved the pool. Perfect size and gets lots of sun. An umbrella and chairs were provided in case you needed some shade. The living/ dining and kitchen area were nice sized with open floor plan that flowed well. The furniture including beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The host was very responsive and friendly. Loved our stay. Hopefully we’ll be able to book again soon.

Not what I expected

We have used Vrbo for several years. This was the worst experience with a property that we have encountered. When we first arrived, we noticed that the kitchen faucet wasn’t working. I contacted the property manager to make her aware. A repairman came that night to temporarily fix the issue. A new fixture was installed the next day. The whole process was two hours. The actual house and the pool were dirty. There was hair from the previous renters/tenants all over the house and huge chunks in the pool. I notified the property manager. The pool was not cleaned until Thursday afternoon- we were leaving Saturday morning. This was a disappointment for my children especially since the pool was the deciding factor to rent this property. I feel like the rental in its entirety should be clean and ready to go for the next tenants. The positive part of this stay was that the property manager responded in a timely manner. She was also polite and professional. Ultimately I was refunded for one nights stay. I personally would not book this property again because of our experience.

Home away from home

Very comfortable. Quiet and relaxing after a day at the beach. With very enjoyable pool. Olga calling and checking on us. Definitely will consider this rental in the future.

Amazing place to stay

Pool was pretty and clean. The house is great and the master bed is extremely comfortable. Close to just about everything. We had an amazing time. Strongly recommend staying there.

Enjoyable Stay

Home away from home. Everything you need to be comfortable and the house was clean. I enjoyed the pool being right outside. The neighborhood was peaceful and convenient to the beach and stores.

Florida Vacation

The property was more than expected. Had a great two weeks there. Host was excellent and very quick to respond to our needs. Location was perfect close to beaches and shopping. We would recommend this place to anyone. We so enjoyed the pool (perfect).

Great week in Venice

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Quiet neighborhood; yet close to all Venice has to offer. House and property are well kept. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas and enjoyed the pool. Would stay there again.

Well located property in a lovely neighborhood! All photos accurately reflected the property. It was so clean…pest free and the master bed was amazingly comfortable! Perfect place for our two week retreat!

Summer Vacation

This home was perfect for our stay. It included everything we needed to make the stay as close as being at home as possible. Good location to get to anyplace we wanted to go. The pool was great for end of the day relaxation and was very clean and refreshing! The check-in was seamless, as we arrived early and the host was very accommodating and provided good communication. This home is marked as a favorite for our next trip to the Sarasota area!!

We just spent 2 weeks here. Overall, a nice place. It was clean and comfortable. The location is great, close to everything, and the neighborhood was quiet. We really enjoyed the pool, and the beaches nearby were great.
