Beautiful Lake Oconee Lake Front Estate with Custom POOL AND HOT TUB

The Retreat is a brand new 2021 home with a custom pool and spa. On a beautiful point lot in the best location Lake Oconee has to offer! Close to all restaurants by car or boat! Come stay and kick your feet up on the screened porch with a wood burning fire place or on the max dock!! Enjoy the sunrise in mornings and the sunset in evenings!! The Retreat has two bedrooms on the main level each with their own full bath rooms, also one half bath on the main. The upstairs has a loft area, bunk room with two queen beds and one twin bed, and two separate bedrooms. Two full bathrooms upstairs. Back porch area has a propane grill, outdoor shower, and plenty of outdoor furniture. Please don't hesitate to message me with any questions!

Additional Details:
- The pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $150 per night. If you would like it heated for arrival time - please notify the host at time of booking or at minimum 24 hours prior to arrival.

- Guest may enjoy enjoy a max dock for fishing, boating, kayaking and swimming. Absolutely NO DIVING off the property or dock.

- Rates are adjusted daily! If it is necessary to change the dates of your stay - please note that your daily rates may increase.

Great location, house is as advertised if not better. Perfect location w everything you could possibly need. Manager was great and very responsive ( if you need anything). Highly recommend and we will certainly stay here again. Pool was great and outdoor sitting room w large TV was amazing.

Wow! We had an incredible stay at The Retreat! This beautiful house was very accommodating with an open floor plan and great porches for our family to spread out and yet spend lots of time together, which is exactly what we wanted! Great boat dock for us to bring our boat and jet ski. Our favorite features were the indoor and outdoor speaker system to play music all day long. We spent all week in the lake, pool and hot tub. The host was very responsive when we had a couple of questions as we were settling in. The house was a great location to restaurants, grocery store, golf and marinas! We had a perfect lake week!

Amazing House and Location

Stayed at the property for 3 nights and had one of the best experiences I've ever had with a home and host. From time of booking all the way through the final hours at the property, host was extremely pleasant, responsive, and made the trip one we'll never forget. The property is absolutely stunning, located on the lake with fantastic views, beautiful outdoor area with the pool, multiple seating areas around TV's, truly remarkable. Would highly recommend staying at this property and we'll be looking to return in the future!

What a fabulous experience!! The home was very well stocked with everything needed for our family of 8 adults and 5 babies. The home manager made everything so wonderful and deserves extra kudos!! I would highly recommend this home and hope we can return again next summer!!

Family Weekend Getaway

This rental was one of the best we have ever stayed in. It has an excellent layout for entertaining and the outdoor space is unbeatable!! The view is stunning. This was a one week stay, celebrating two birthdays, a college graduation, and a 65th wedding anniversary for our family. We had a great time !. Julia, the property momager, was very helpful with our questions before arrival. During our visit, we had no interactions with her - there simply was no need, as everything worked just as it was supposed to (an ideal situation).The property is spectacular. If anything, the pictures online underestimate the beauty of the setting. They mostly seem to have been taken during the middle of winter, when trees were bare, and fail to capture the full ambience of the setting. Bird watching was great, and we enjoyed seeing deer roam in the woods surrounding the property.We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the many different venues where we could gather. If you have access to jet skis or paddleboard - bring them! It would be a great idea to rent a pontoon boat for at least a day to explore a bit of the lake. One of the highlights of our trip was an outing on the pontoon boat to the Ritz Carlton, which provides easy docking and a casual restaurant for lunch or dinner.Everyone agreed this was an ideal vacation site and would be delighted to return!

Late summer getaway

A week of family fun and total relaxation! The house is beautifully appointed, from the comfortable bedding to the plentiful towels, whether by the lake or pool, enjoying movie night or jamming to your teen daughter the DJ...you can't buy those memories and they opportunity goes by so quickly. When you think of getting away and spending time with the people you love, this is where to go. It is a great choice! We will certainly be back.

Absolutely Amazing!

Wow! What an awesome view! This gorgeous home sits on an amazing lake view that’ll leave you speechless! The house is spacious, very well decorated, and there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out or enjoy time together! The indoor and outdoor speakers adds such a great touch when hanging out with friends and/or toddlers having dance parties!

Perfect property for family and friends!

This property was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of space for our three families to hang out. We had 4 adults and 8 kids ranging from 10-20. The upstairs area was perfect for all the kids to hang out. There is more seating that you can even imagine in the beautiful outdoor space. The dock is huge and we had a ton of fun hanging out there and swimming in the lake. For parents with younger kids, you can see the lake from the pool so it brings less worry. We absolutely loved this property and the owners were so responsive. Everything was fabulous!!

Wonderful 4 days.

seven adults, two teenagers, & two 10 year olds had a better than expected visit. Everyone had a bed and the entire home was beyond comfortable. Having the hot tub & pool was a big plus for all ages. We rented a ski boat for two half days and the boat rental was about a 15 minute ride to our dock. Home is on a beautiful lake lot. Never used the screened in porch with a fireplace. Can't think of anything to say that I would like changed. Would come back.

Phenomenal house and location

This house looks exactly like it does in the pictures. Perfect for our girls getaway weekend and I will be back for a family weekend, for sure! The view is breathtaking, the house is situated so you have a view every time you look out of a window, it is spotless, well stocked, and the furnishings are spectacular. Host responded quickly to every question and the binder has everything you need. They gave a great recommendation to rent a pontoon boat and kayaks, which were delivered to the dock and picked up! A must to fully experience the lake, which is beautifully maintained. If you are flying in, it is just over an hour from the airport - super easy. Can’t wait to go back!

A Slice of Heaven!

This property is phenomenal. Starting with the breathtaking views of Lake Oconee when you enter the front door. The property sits on a point and has unobstructed views that are rare on any lake. You have your own private dock, pool, and spa. The owner has technologically set the bar high compared to other homes we have rented in the past. He has an iPad that is set up to operate the indoor and outdoor speakers, the spa and pool, and even had "how to videos stored on the device". If paper version is your thing, he even has a three ring binder with all the same information at your fingertips. All the amenities and decor, down to the appliances were all high end material. The mattresses, bedding and furniture was very plush. This owner has streamlined the check in process and is very responsive with any questions, day or night. We will definitely be renting this house in the future. You will not be disappointed!

Thanksgiving 2022

This is a fabulous rental. The house is great and easily accommodates large groups and provides ample space and activity, especially the pool and outdoor entertaining spaces. We stayed here with our family for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it - kids and adults. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, plenty of towels in the bathroom, etc. would definitely stay here again.
