This 2nd floor, 1,800 square foot condo sleeps eight, with two king beds, two twins, one sleeper sofa, and two-and-a-half bathrooms.
Each morning when you spring out of bed, youâre welcomed by the gently swaying palm trees surrounding you. As youâre enjoying your morning coffee or tea on the balcony, the brick courtyard of the Esplanade, with its fountains and colorful storefronts of upscale retailers, small specialty stores, and an eclectic mix of restaurants, is right below your feet. Some of these storefronts include, but are not limited to, CJâs On The Bay, Mangoâs Dockside Bistro, Deep Lagoon Seafood and Oyster House, Cold Stone Creamery.
To add to this, the serene image of the promenade with a backdrop of yachts docked in Smokehouse Bay is just a look away from any of the storefronts. Who knows? One of those boats might be yours since youâre only a short boat ride away from the white sand beaches of undeveloped tropical islands and from Marcoâs dockside restaurants.

The precisely decorated interior is enhanced by natural light through the arched walls of the balcony and enormous windows surrounding both the living and dining room.
