The unit offers two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each room. Each bed is complete with a comforter, bed linens, pillows and a throw blanket. There is one modern bathroom with a stand up shower and ample towel sets for your stay. The kitchen is complete with updated cooking essentials and modern appliances. The living room offers a comfortable sofa with a 55" smart tv, and a place for your pet to call his/her spot.

The outdoor space is suitable for soaking up the San Diego sun or enjoying a nice meal at the patio dining table. There is a designated off street parking spot fit for compact cars for your convenience. For larger vehicles there is street parking but please be aware of the street signs as there is street sweeping three times per week.

Great spot close to dog beach and all that OB has to offer

Very clean, new and close to everything. I enjoyed the small outdoor patio and updated interiors.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and location was amazing. We were able to walk to the beach several times a day. Restaurants and shopping were all in walking distance.

Great beach getaway

The apartment was very clean, newly updated, and only two blocks from the beach. There was a nice patio with a big outdoor table. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

A quick family getaway to the beach

Really enjoyed the property. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was perfectly located just minutes from the beach and a quick walk to restaurants and shopping. They weren't lying about the compact car - go small. Overall, a great time.

Thanksgiving in OB

This was one of the best Thanksgiving celebrations our little family has had in a long time. We were traveling with our fur baby and being so close to Dog Beach was perfect! We were close enough to walk everywhere, yet far enough to avoid sounds of others having a good time, OB-style! Host was perfect-answered ?s as needed!

Great Location - A bit noisy at night

Lots of late night activity in the unit above but that’s OK as we were notified ahead of time. Great location with quick access to beach and downtown OB. Unit is well appointed and clean.

Ideal location near to beach and also downtown

Spacious and more than enough space for 4 persons. Dedicated parking is great! Heating however, is only from a panel in the living room. Bedrooms and bathrooms chilly.

Summer stay

This was a great stay. Good walking distance to everything. Very clean property. We enjoyed our stay. The only down fall was the construction across the street. Our first two days they were cutting and jack hammering the street and sidewalk. We had to have the windows open, and the noise was terrible. I’m sure that is a short term problem. Overall, great stay!

We only had one issue (with the couch bed) and he was very prompt in coming to take a look at it! If we make it back to San Diego we will definitely stay there again!

Perfect place for dog owners

This apartment is located in the heart of the beautiful and laid-back Ocean Beach community. It comes with a fenced patio and has an empty lot with a lot of grass directly across the street (perfect for dog owners). On the other side you also have a pizza place (closes early!) and it is just a short walk to one of the best dog beaches in the entire US. For us it was just perfect. The owner communicated very well and even offered me a charging cable for our Tesla. We can highly recommend this place. Thanks Melanie.

Great Ocean Beach Vacation Home

Everything in the apartment is new and of excellent quality including the beds, furniture, floors, windows, doors, fixtures, complete bathroom and lovely kitchen with its super clean and quiet fridge and dishwasher and awesome gas oven and range top. A family of five joined our family of four adults for dinner and the kitchen and its amenities provided superbly for a great eve of Christmas eve meal. The patio is also nice and new with a table with umbrella and seating for six and a secure gate that can be padlocked if you bring your own lock, a great feature if you're vacationing with your four legged friend as we were. The only negative with the home is there's a unit on top of it, though the amount of noise that came down to us was minor and not enough deter of us from returning here for another stay. Having Dog Beach just around the corner was fantastic, as our dog likes to get out and stretch her (and our) legs. The Dog Beach section of Ocean Beach curves east and turns into the San Diego river, allowing a walk of several miles for anyone so inclined to hike. In the ten walks or so I took on the beach with my dog I never came across one single pile of dog poop, so Bravo to all the responsible Ocean Beach dog owners! This is definitely the home and the place where I'd like to spend more than one future Christmas week with the family, in spite of the one thing I discovered about Ocean Beach (this was my first visit to this area of San Diego) that I guess the locals just get used to, which is the noise from the planes taking off overhead from nearby SAN. Fortunately with the new windows and doors it's quiet enough inside the home to not have to engage the "Ocean Beach pause" in a conversation when a jet is flying by, but they are damn loud outside. Hopefully in 20 years time planes will all be electric : -)

Great spot in OB!

We had an amazing time visiting San Diego and OB! Location great as only a short walk to local shops bars and restaurants. Easy drive in to San Diego. A shout out to wild things across the street that were a friendly pizza spot. We would definitely return!
