Perfect apartment in a spectacular neighborhood

Hidden Gem

Wow. This studio is soo cute. There were 2 of us and it was perfect. If there were 3 people it would work as well. The host has went above and beyond. Very clean and bed was so comfortable. We did not use the pool but looked very nice. Location was great. Very private. The host Deborah was so helpful with telling us about sightseeing. I very highly recommend this studio. Very nice cookware and dishes.

Very pleasant place to stay

We were very happy with our stay. The neighborhood is beautiful, the apartment is clean, well laid out and allows privacy. Deborah does a very good job of managing the process and communicating, from start to finish. All in all, we are very pleased and would recommend this property to anyone with up to three people.

Historic Beverly Hills house

I have had 8 wonderful days in a nice little studio in the best part of Beverly Hills. The pool is big enough to swim some lanes, which was a a great way to start my day. The Beverly Hills Hotel is nearby, with the Polo Lounge, for a great dinner. Thanks Deborah, and I would like to return some other time. Mads, Denmark

This was a lovely and convenient location to stay. Our daughter moved out of UCLA and this was a great home base to get organized before moving her to an apartment. Debbie was responsive and caring to any questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend this location.

Great location in the Flats of Beverly Hills

We had a delightful, relaxing stay in the studio. We walked through the beautiful residential neighborhood to great restaurants, a farmers market and upscale shopping. Our drive to see our family in Westwood was less than 10 minutes. We swam in the pool daily, and had breakfast at the table outside each morning. The host graciously lent us a beach umbrella and cooler for our beach outing, and she was responsive and friendly but not intrusive. All in all, it was a great place for us to stay in the days preceding our daughter’s wedding.

Spacious and comfortable

While it wasn’t a vacation stay, we did really appreciate the clean, cozy, and well equipped suite right in the middle of BH. It was a rare rainy week in LA but we were warm and dry and easily able to order meals and have a very relaxing time. I’m sure the yard and pool are lovely when the sun is shining!

Our first VRBO rental, and it was great!

In the real estate world, it’s all about location, location, location. The Flats was perfectly located for our trip to the Rose Bowl, visit with my family, Disneyland, and six wonderful days in California. Deb was the perfect hostess and made us feel most welcome. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the place was so much nicer than staying at a hotel. The next time we’re in the LA area, The Flats will be our first choice for lodging.

I am a documentary writer/director and my husband Dale Herd is a screenwriter. We have three children and have lived in Beverly Hills for twenty years. This Rodeo Drive property has been in my family for two generations. The house has a happy and peaceful vibe.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Historic property located on one of the most exclusive streets in the world. Safe, beautiful and tranquil neighborhood but centrally located and within walking distance to downtown Beverly Hills.

This house has been in Deborah's family since 1941. Deborah's father was a Hollywood screenwriter who wrote STALAG 17 with Billy Wilder. We bought it from her parents 22 years ago. It's a well known house in Beverly Hills because it's one of two examples of the Craftsman style in the city. People often tell us it's their favorite house in Beverly Hills.
