Im sorry your experience wasn't a great one. The shower has not leaked for 12 years. It doesn't leak to this day. It's been used 40+ times since your check out and not one drop on the drywall. The house has rented every weekend since your stay and not one complaint. I've made absolutely no repairs to the shower since I couldn't not duplicate the reported issue. Perhaps the bed was wet from something or someone else? While you stayed here I was camping, I CLEARLY indicated to you that you would need to contact me via cell phone call or message since internet service was sketchy using the VRBO app. You chose not to, therefore I couldn't "reply". The hole in the floor which is under the furniture directly under a window and basically impossible to step in is a small HVAC duct. The pond is actually blue/green. Its is dyed that way on purpose several times a year with a product called Crystal Blue. Believe it or not the lake you swam in at the state park has fish, fish poop, live animals and numerous other things to complain about. We are sorry for your "frustration" at the country property.
