General urgent notes: You can confirm other HICV resorts the next year. The 1-in-3 year rule does not apply for consecutive weeks that are booked in the same calendar year. The 1-in-3 Year Rule applies to 1-for-1 exchanges. The only exception is if you are an owner at the resort, a club owner, or confirming Extra Vacations. The 1-in-3 Year Rule applies to all Holiday Inn Club Vacations resorts. If consecutive weeks are booked, you cannot confirm again for 3 years from the start date of last week confirmed. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. The resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
