Cozy and simple

Property was clean and located in convenient location for dinning. Went to Kennedy Space center (25min away). Plenty of room to sleep 6 people

Nice House

House was perfect for our needs. Clean and plenty of space. It actually has 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. Bigger than we thought and easy drive to Kennedy Space Center and Port Canaveral.

Spectacular

It was such a great experience we enjoyed the stay in that house, we went for a wedding and we were able to do a lot of things like cook and store food in the fridge. Thank you for treating us so well, we would definitely stay again. In the app it does say it only has one bathroom but it has 2 so is perfect

Oct 7-10 visit

Key pad to front door did not work. Owner could not call because my phone number was blocked by Vrbo?. Light bulbs were missing, Patio door barely slid open after much effort. No hand towels or dish towels. No towel bars in bathroom. Due to the height of the tub, grab bars would be a nice safety feature. Improper mounting of Microwave, it is about 8" to high. This makes it difficult to set food inside of it.

Made my family reunion GREAT

Was visiting FL to reunite with long lost family members - the house was super clean, nicely decorated, the host was super responsive and easy to deal with - would stay here again for sure! Was plenty of room for additional family to visit us w/o feeling crowded, house is on a cul-de-sac so parking wasn't an issue, either. A+ in my book!

This house was nice and convenient for getting to the water! 25 min to each launch. Nice change from driving over 2 hours!

Family Christmas

My husband and I (from SC) met two of our children and grandbabies (from AZ) for Christmas. We had hot showers, enough beds to sleep in, space at the table and awesome communication with our host. Getting together was the perfect gift!

Perfect for a family getaway

We came down from NC to surprise my parents for Thanksgiving. Our stay was very pleasant and very roomy. The house was spotless and balloons/wine greeted our arrival. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We will be sure to book this property again if it’s available for our next trip home. Thanks so much!

Great place for a family of 5

This was a really nice place we picked up on short notice due to a family emergency. Plenty of living space, family of 5 and everyone was able to have their own bedroom with one to spare. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed for our stay. If our stay wasn't due to a family emergency, it would have been easy to visit many great central Florida attractions: Space Center, Cocoa Beach, Orlando, etc.

Dads 65th birthday surprise

We were a group of 8 and I was trying to surprise my husband for his birthday Our 3 adult children and their spouses stayed with us Everything was clean .It was a pleasure having enough bedrooms We really couldn't properly judge the neighborhood as we returned in the evening but what we saw was a kid friendly neighborhood The owner was so thoughtful to leave birthday balloons for our celebration . We would definitely use them again if we gather as a family .
