Relax sipping your favorite beverage on the balcony overlooking Melbourne Harbor and the Indian River while enjoying the cool prevailing harbor breeze from our tastefully decorated one bedroom, one bath condo. Jog or walk over the causeway to Indialantic’s pristine, uncrowded beaches and cruise the 5th Ave Boardwalk to Starbucks, Coldstone ice cream, Bizzarro’s pizza, and the beach shops. Take a dip in the condo pool overlooking the marina and Bean Park with picnic tables and barbecue facilities. After a fun filled day, take a short stroll to Historic Downtown Melbourne with its quaint shops, casual to fine dining venues, and night spots. Centrally located, Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach are just a short jaunt to the north, Sebastian Inlet to the south, and a little over one hour to Orlando’s theme parks.

Our cozy retreat was recently updated and furnished with great attention to detail. Four sleep comfortably with a plush queen bed in the bedroom and an Euro Italian leather queen sleeper sofa with supportive high quality foam mattress in the living room. With its fully equipped granite and stainless-steel kitchen, high speed internet, 2 HD Smart TVs, and a separate vanity/tub bath, our condo is perfect for a relaxing romantic getaway, small family beach vacation, while on business, relocating to our beautiful area, or visiting your student at FIT. All windows and the sliding glass door were recently upgraded to energy efficient high impact glass that reduce outside noise levels. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and coolers are available. Debit/credit card operated laundry facility is on site.

We offer self-check in with an electronic lock. Open parking on premises. 15-minute ride to Melbourne International Airport and easy access to I-95.

Great Melbourne Harbor Condo

Cyndy’s place is a lovely harbor side condo. The place is very clean and well stocked with anything you might need. It is very walkable to downtown Melbourne with many fun shops and restaurants. They are great hosts and we would definitely stay here again!

Mike and Cyndy’s place overlooks the Harbour, Amazing dining, dolphin watching! Terrific hosts. The condo is fully stocked for a complete family beach vacation. Loved our stay and will return in 2023!

Perfect retreat

My grandmother and I stayed here while we were visiting her sister. It was the perfect place to come back to for us to unwind at the end of the day. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by and a short drive to the beach. We especially enjoyed eating breakfast on the balcony with an amazing view of the lake. The hosts were very responsive to anything we needed and the place was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed.

Excellent host responses. Accurate description of property. Harbor view, as shown in description. No surprises. Easy walk to hopping downtown filled with myriad restaurants, bars, music vibes! Think twice

I have to say owners are fantastic however the noise level is out the roof especially weekends. Beautiful balcony to enjoy if you can get past the cars going by. The bathroom sink and shower did not drain well, very large opening under front door and yes we had creepers coming in. The water must be well since it had a smell. The bedroom blind does not close and its located on the outside walkway so privacy is an issue. We would not stay here again even with the ear plugs provided. However, the view is great and its close to restaurants and the beach.

Wonderful Location with beautiful views!

This property makes it easy to walk to shops, cafes and restaurant and super easy to get over to the beaches. Easy walking near marina. The arrangement in living area was super efficient to cook and work in and the comfortable table & chairs on the balcony made it perfect for coffee and sunrise. Thanks for making it a wonderful stay!!

Condo was perfect for our needs. Very clean and comfortable. You can tell the owners really care about making your stay enjoyable. They have literally thought of everything you might need. We loved the location right next to the marina and Ichabod's!!!! The condo is our new favorite place to stay when visiting Melbourne. We will certainly be return customers.

GREAT Location...AWESOME hosts

This property not only has a great view of Melbourne Marina, it has all you'll need during your stay and is walking distance from great dining (esp Ichabods Restaurant on the docks), shopping, and Old Town Melbourne. Cyndy and Mike are very nice, and responsive to any and all issues that arise. I HIGHLY recommend this property!

Melbourne in April

The condo was very nicely decorated and so clean. The weather was very comfortable for walking and swimming in the pool and ocean. Pool and grounds at the condo were very clean. Convenient elevator with lugging a baby stroller and gear. Easy drive to ocean. Fun to walk and shop upstreet in the historic district, especially Jacqueline's Bakery. The hosts were very accommodating to provide a pack 'n play for the 11-month-old. We were able to borrow a car seat and brought a mini camp chair with tray for the baby to eat on. The back bedroom is very quiet from street noise and the train. The living room area with the very comfortable queen sleep sofa is not so quiet from road noise and train even with the windows all closed. The AC worked well - the blower was pretty noise. This area of Melbourne is very nice!!
