Large, BEACHFRONT home in Playa Encanto! The beach in Encanto is sublime... No rocks, crystal clear water and usually a calm ocean...a perfect combination for paddle boarding, kayaking and genuinely enjoying the ocean!
Encanto Del Mar is a 4600 sq ft home, casita included! All brand new appliances, granite counters, brand new furniture/custom built furniture, plenty of living space on both levels, upgraded tile accents throughout, and VIEWS. Home boasts 5 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, spacious living spaces, . 2 large King bed master suites- 1 on each level. 2 Queen bed suites- 1 on each level, and casita is a Queen suite to include living room, dining area and kitchen.
Downstairs has full kitchen, plenty of dining space, family room, eat in areas, master and queen bedrooms and exits to patio from bedrooms.
Upstairs has huge living space with GRAND views all around. Also included is a small kitchen for convenience, master and queen suite as well as a small reading/play room.
Home is equipped with all items needed for a large family vacation! Please note that ATVs can not be stored at the home due to HOA rules; you are welcome to park your ATV at the guard gate while it is not in use. Guards are there 24/7. Beautiful home

The house was charming and clean and very spacious. We enjoyed every minute of it, and our hostess was very easy to connect with definitely want to visit sometime in the future.

Perfect Beachfront Property

We had an amazing time at Encanto Del Mar this week with our family. The house was big enough to accommodate 5 couples comfortably. Although we spent most of the time on the beach we really enjoyed the house.

Great home right on the beach!

Great place away from the crowds and right on the beach. The beach was wonderful and we had a nice stay. Lots of water provided and the house was nice and cool upon arrival. Some of the lights didn’t work and the main upstairs master bed mattress could be better, but overall very good!

Perfect Stay

A beautiful property in every way. Easy and fast communication from host. The house is very clean and well maintained. I also appreciated how well stocked we were with water, towels, and other amenities. We will stay here again for sure. My kids cried when we left!

Paradise on the beach!

Fantastic beachfront home in private community with everything you need to be comfortable and make the most of the beach. Excellent hosts were very responsive and helped with anything we needed. We saw dolphins, used the kayaks, and ended each day with the most incredible sunsets. Great for large groups with 2 separate living areas to lounge and the separate casita. Will definitely stay again!

Family getaway

This property was perfect for our large family. The home was very clean and had just about everything stocked for us. The property owner was very nice and responsive when we needed. I’d say our only issue was misquotes. Overall we loved it and would stay here again.

Perfect Beach Vacation

This property was clean and ready upon our arrival. The house is spacious enough for our family as well as my sister's. We loved using the kayaks and sand toys. The beds were so comfortable. And the views were just incredible. The owner was quick to respond to any request we had. Will definately be staying here again!

Quiet, relaxing and a good time had by all.

It is a drive to town but a great trade off for the quiet beach. We did have some water issues that were responded to and repaired quickly. We had plenty of room for our group of eight. The Casita is up a flight of stairs that might be hard for someone with knee problems.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Three generations of our family spent the most four wonderful four days together at this home. During the days we enjoyed the sand, sun, and water and spent the evenings in the upstairs family room playing games. The home was as described, perhaps better. The kitchen was was modern and fully equipped (dishwasher included) and, more importantly, the beds were extremely comfortable. Our host answered our texts immediately when we had questions when first arriving. We will definitely be back next spring!

Home away from Home

This was our 3rd year visiting Puerto and this rental was by far our favorite! Spacious, comfy and cozy! The upstairs living area was amazing, with breathtaking views of the ocean! Pet friendly our four legged babies had a blast. Only problem was the tiny red ants that wanted to take over the kitchen and back outside area. Not a major problem…. I believe we found our summer rental! Thank you!

Spectacular

Couldn’t have asked for more. Lindsey was so kind and attentive. The house was even more beautiful in person and the beach was perfect with very few other people. It felt incredibly private but still only about 20 min to all the touristy shops and restaurants/bars or whatever other shenanigans we could want. Inside the house felt welcoming and also spacious. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. As well as a comunal bathroom on each floor. A/C in bedrooms was amazing!! We all had our own comfortable space and plenty of room to hangout together in either living room and large back porch. Would 100% stay here again. Everyone was very happy.

Fabulous Home!

This property definitely lived up to our expectations! The home was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Playa Encanto is our favorite beach in Rocky Point and this home was steps away from the gorgeous water. The beds were super comfy and shower water pressure was awesome! This property was definitely one of our favorites and we've been vacationing in Rocky Point for many years. There was one slight repair needed and it was fixed promptly. Our adult kids stayed in the large Casita and had their own space. The kayaks were so fun and a great addition! We will definitely be back. We loved this home!

Great house right on the beach

Very nice house with plenty of room for 8 without even using the studio aboce the garage. I had only one slight issue, i feel the master bedroom upstairs mattress sgould be replaced. All the other mattresses in the house were thicker and more comfortable. This one has springs that you were almost sleeping on. Still giving 5 stars though, because we had a great time at the house.

Absolutely perfect!

This beautiful home was sooo perfect for our families. Lindsey was awesome, kind and so helpful! My husband caught some beautiful fish right in front of home and the inlaws made the best ceviche of our lives. The beach has no reef so its calm and soft. Took the kayaks out that were provided from the home... made the vacation even better!! Inside home had everything you needed with plenty of beautiful space/comfort and views. Beds were sooo comfy! If you want a perfect getaway, this is the home to rent! Thank you again, Lindsey! We will be back soon! Becky ❤️
