Willow, Alaska getaway with a private lake access!
Tucked away in the heart of Willow, Alaska. This home is on 2.27 acres, three bedroom, three bath with a bonus cabin. Whether you have a small group or large group, this home has everything you need. Sleeps up to 16 people, plenty of room for all. Relax on the huge wrap around deck with bbq outside. Home is walking distance from the beautiful Crystal Lake, so bring your fishing poles.
It was a great cabin for us. It advertised sleeping 16 and could accommodate that amount of people, however there was only a 5 cup coffee maker. I would add a larger coffee pot.Make sure you bring your own bug sprayâŠ. (There was some provided, as well)
Awesome remote location with plenty of lakes around. Kayaks and canoes were available and used in close by lake that was so clear you could see 15 feet to the bottom. Inside of house plenty of bedrooms especially when you add the use of the cabin in the back of the property. Kitchen fully stocked. Living room small for large groups. Inside of house very clean. Outside (though not at lake) tons of mosquitoes. Significant deferred maintenance on the deck and fencing on the deck.
The cabin was in a beautiful location and was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend to others.
We had a wonderful walk around the lake. The house is very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The stairs have minimal railings and I think would be a little dangerous for small children
We stayed here while enjoying a guided fly fishing trip down Willow Creek. Our host Tracy was very attentive and responded quickly with responses. The house is very clean! Everything was immaculate. The property was peaceful. There was enough room for 6 adults to spread out. We all said that we would love to come back again.
Beautiful house, stocked with pretty much anything you need, very friendly owner. Only thing that we didn't like is the lake access shore line is really shallow, so you need a canoe or kayaks in order to fish. We are going to rent some today, hoping to catch lots of fish! đ
Nice secluded house location. Great to have the canoe, kayak, etc for use in the lake. Wish we had known it was a quarter mile walk to access the lake. We had concerns about the safety of the staircases; wide open with only a small hand rail. Anyone with young children or walking difficulties would not be able to stay here.
We had a great stay at this wonderful place. Helpful host. Recent interior updates, this two story house was our favorite house of our Alaska trip. Gorgeous wood floors. Loved all the beds/ bedrooms and separate cabin too for plenty of space for our group of 8. Really beautiful Crystal Lake a short walk across the road . They let us use the canoes we enjoyed paddling across the serenity of the lake and seeing the loons up close . Went sightseeing to Hatcher Pass and hiked Reed Lakes while we were there , considered paddling Lynx Lake loop but the weather didnât cooperate that day. So Just did a short hike at Nancy Lakes. Lovely area with so many lakes !!!
Good and quiet neighborhood! Lots of space indoors and outdoors. The house was stocked with everything you will pretty much need. Easy access to the lake, loved that we could use the canoes and kayaks. Would recommend staying here! We had a great time!
Great Neighborhood. Quick walk to the dog races. This is a big home on a quiet court.
We were warm And comfortable. Tracy was Easy to communicate with and quick responses and/or phone calls.
Comfortable beds, well stocked with necessities.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful oasis in Alaska.
