Located 2.7 miles from Smathers Beach and 3.8 miles from the Ernest Hemingway Home & Museum, this quiet piece of Key West is the best location for relaxation. The property is on a corner of the island featuring its own private beach and water access.

This airy two bedroom condo features complimentary wi-fi, flat-screen TVs, full kitchen and a balcony. The primary bedroom features a king bed with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a king bed and access to a full bathroom; unit sleeps six. The living room has a sleeper sofa as well. Prepare meals in fully equipped kitchen that offers a full size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes, utensils and cookware. Condo also features a Washer and Dryer for convenience.

Amenities include an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi and a bay-view grill restaurant. There's also a bar, a business center, complimentary parking, onsite BBQ grills and an airport shuttle (fee). Off the property you will find fun activities like parasailing, fishing charters, coral reef sightseeing tours, scuba diving, snorkeling, diving spots, and museums.

Complimentary parking is available for the first vehicle. Height restriction is 6 feet 8 inches. A $10 charge per day, per vehicle, applies for additional vehicles. Additional parking is subject to availability. There is no RV parking available.

This is a Cashless Resort and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Resort fee of $20/day is due at check-in. (Subject to change at any time)

Late Arrivals - Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm. If arriving after 11:00 pm, advance arrangements must be made by calling the property's Front desk.

A split week fee of approximately $125 may apply for reservations shorter than one week. (Subject to Change).
