Superbe nouvelle construction dans le prestigieux Highland Park

Bienvenue à Breckenridge Colorado. La maison est située dans une zone appelée Highland Park, qui est un quartier rempli de maisons de luxe haut de gamme. La plupart des maisons de cette zone ne sont pas à louer. La maison est 4137 pieds carrés avec deux niveaux. Au niveau principal, vous trouverez deux foyers à gaz, un dans le salon et un dans la suite principale. Chaque chambre est très bien décorée et le mobilier est neuf et luxueux.

Les vues sont à tomber! La plage de dix milles est énorme et vous vous cramponnez au bain à remous privé sur le pont arrière, aux steaks sur le gril, buvez à la main. La maison est entourée de plusieurs domaines skiables de classe mondiale et de certains des plus beaux paysages du monde. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour préparer les repas, et il y a un coin cuisine / collation partiel au deuxième niveau. Il y a aussi un garage pour 3 voitures pour votre commodité. La maison est équipée de télévisions dans la plupart des chambres et d'une table de billard pour se divertir et se divertir. Une partie de ce qui rend cette maison spéciale est son emplacement calme juste sur le parcours de golf de Breckenridge, et les meubles vous procurent cette "sensation de montagne". Il y a un bain à remous privé sur le pont arrière donnant sur le parcours de golf avec une vue imprenable sur les montagnes.

Cette maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel où vivent des voisins à plein temps. Family ski trip

The house was perfect for us. The spacious living area and large dining area were perfect for us all being able to enjoy each other. The beds were comfortable enough, and the pool table was a hit!

We loved it!

What a perfect home for a wonderful family vacation. Plenty of space, well-equipped, and in such an idyllic location. The house is close to both the Breckenridge and Keystone resorts, which allowed us to hit 2 different mountains on our ski vacation. After returning home, we could relax in the hot tub or enjoy a beer and a game of pool. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone, and we will be trying to stay here on our next trip as well!

Great house for family of 8. We were just outside of town and the neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. Dennis was a great host and communicated with us very well.

A wonderful stay

The house was absolutely perfect for our group. The house is beautiful, well maintained, spacious, and very comfortable. The owners were easy to communicate with and very accommodating. It was close enough to ski at Keystone and also close enough to enjoy down Breckenridge.

Spring Break with the Family

Great house with plenty if space for everyone. Probably one of the best equipped kitchens of any vrbo we have stayed at. Communication was top notch. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with Great view

We had a spectacular time for a Winter ski trip with another family. There was plenty of space for 2 families and great spaces to hang out and play games. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Breck.

Winter Wonderland

Our stay was wonderful. the house was clean, beautiful, and well stocked. Dennis was easy to reach and answered all our questions in a timely manner. THe only shortcoming was the relatively few pictures listed on the VBRO website. The house is even more amazing than the pictures give a feel for and with the unlisted trundle bed in one of the rooms, we were surprised by just how many sleeping areas there were available for our mixed party of family, friends, and children. the house accommodated 4 separate families made up of mostly adults and some small children. We visted over christmas and the house was dusted with snow and surrounded by large fluffy mounds of freshly fallen snow. the garage was stocked with sleds, bikes, skis and other toys for the perfect holiday stay. our stay was a dream come true.

Perfect Home & Location for Family Ski Trip

This house was the perfect choice for our family ski trip. We had 3 families staying in the home, with 5 kids ranging from 4-12, along with 7 adults. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out when we wanted and to enjoy time together as a family for meals and socializing. The house is beautiful with great amenities, including the well-appointed kitchen. Dennis was great to work with - he was helpful and available for any questions we had. The location was great, too. It was an easy drive to all of the ski resorts we planned to visit.

Wedding weekend

We stayed here for our daughters wedding. Just immediate family of the bride and groom. We had the intimate wedding on the deck and the views made for a beautiful scenic background. The home is set up perfectly for a big party. The owner was in contact with me and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here!!

Beautiful home for a family vacation

We were lucky enough to stay in this home with family as we celebrated our sons marriage to his now bride. The accommodations were perfect for both sets of parents and siblings.. as well as bride/groom. Enjoyed beautiful decor, well appointed kitchen, amazing views and location and superb contact with owner as needed. If traveling/staying here in winter I would recommended 4WD..the driveway is sloped and in wintry conditions not having 4WD could be a challenge. We enjoyed all of the amenities and even spotted a moose from the kitchen window while cooking breakfast one morning! Perfect Breckenridge rental!

Loved staying here!

A superb home for a big family. We had kids and babies and adults....9 of us total and we loved this home. The downstairs bedrooms are awesome for kids. Great views.....killer kitchen....everything was perfect and it was worth every penny. Owner was extremely accommodating. Would definitely rent from them again and recommend it to anyone. You are not walking distance to anything but to get to town is no more than a 8 minute car ride. We'll be back!

Wonderful House

The Buffalo terrace house was so great. Communication with Dennis was so easy. We had two families plus grandparents and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The sitting rooms were large enough for everyone to sit together. TVs in every room were nice for evening when everyone is winding down. The kids room was awesome with bunk bed and two queens. The deck was beautiful with a great hot tub. The location is just a few minutes from Breck and Frisco. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Home

Location and neighborhood were fabulous - as advertised. A pleasant surprise was how well stocked the kitchen was - all dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, spices, etc, etc. We had brought much special cooking equipment based on our experience with other VRBO's and we needed none of it. Add to that two refrigerators and two sets of washer/dryers (one up and one down) and the home easily handled a large group. All furniture was consistent with what you would expect in high end home. No beat up IKEA furniture here. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Fall Break ‘22

This property lived up to its billing, from stunning views to more than ample room for our large group. We cooked breakfast and dinner at the home in the more than equipped kitchen. We loved spending our evenings watching stars from the hot tub. I was most impressed with Dennis’s communication a few days before we were scheduled to leave. We had a great conversation about the property, neighbor’s expectations, and just let me know to not hesitate to call if we needed anything. I hung up the phone and told my wife that he did an amazing job of customer service. We will be back!

Best Rental Experience

Dennis thought of everything. He hosted myself and eleven family members for a five-day ski trip. We were never in want. Everything was clean. The kitchem featured fully stocked appliances and amenities -- not just dishware and utensils. This included a blender, full knife set, all the spices you could need, common dry goods, kettle, cooking utensils, grill, pots/pans, mixer, coffee pot and keurig, flat top, and more. Even a waffle maker. The beds were comfortable, and each bedroom had seperate thermostats. The hot tub was phenomenal. Just remember to turn the temperature up before committing to getting in. The bottom floor held a quality pool table and bar. Dennis also accommodated two of our younger members. We found two cribs, a high chair, and a child gate waiting for us. The neighborhood was quiet and well kept, and the view of the surrounding mountains was fantastic. The only two negatives that I could think to include here was a shower head and the internet. The shower head in the lower jack-and-jill bathroom sprayed an uneven stream of water. Knowing Dennis, this will likely be mended shortly after this posting. The internet was not the strongest, but, in the mountains, it may be the best available. I was still able to load sites and stream a show. The week of our trip, Dennis reached out to me to ask if we needed anything and gave me helpful info about the neighborhood and local ordinances. I will definitely be renting with Dennis during my next trip.

Fantastic stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was very well-maintained and the host was very good at staying in communication and providing all the necessary information for the key things of checking in checking out and questions about the house. Would highly recommend!
