Belle villa au cœur de Punta Cana

I have to answer your question to the best of my knowledge I’m pretty sure that the person who show you the place and the pictures that you saw on line were your satisfaction. The downstairs bathroom water was running as it was show to you at the time when you got in, now the hot water heater tank has a switch that is explain to guess if you want hot water to be run all the time you need to turn it on if you don’t you just leave it off. In reference to the electricity being charge it says on the page that you are responsible for the consumption of your electricity and a meter controls what your expense is and the company that supplies the energy would supply the bill we have nothing to do with the bill we only hand it to you, now in reference to the golf cart they’re only there to be used inside the facility and beach areas, my understanding is that you went to Cocotal and about that you have to tow the golf cart that’s not true I had to pay for the mechanic to serve the cart and I have proof of that, also the facility has 24/7 security control and is it gated community in addition they were presumably illegal subtense left in the facility, which is very clear that she was trying to find a way to get the place for free or get some reimburse back, because she had a family member starting at another location, and they were trying to find ways to find mistakes so they can get away and that’s not the way you do business as you can tell on my other reviews I’ve never had anybody unsatisfied I tried to go beyond customer expectations as you all can read the Airbnb reviews thank you for taking the time to read it’s very important that you can read both sides .
