Our spacious Villa in the Cocotal Golf and Country Club, Punta Cana offers a superb retreat for guests. It is within the safe and gated community of Cocotal, which has a 27-hole Golf course, a clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, pool area with swimming pool and kids pool, pickle ball courts, sun loungers and Bali beds, lounge area and kidsâ playground.
The Villa itself has a shared pool in the backyard, and has a view of the 5th hole green of the golf course. Central AC on the first floor and AC in every bedroom upstairs.
Enjoy a large 86" TV in the living room, and 55" TVs in 2 of the bedrooms upstairs.
Hot water available for all showers.
High speed WiFi access included.
Bavaro Beach is conveniently located only a short 5-minute drive from the entrance of Cocotal.

My wife and I are enjoying retired life and bought this home as our happy place. Cocotal is beautiful, and being in DR is like being in paradise.
We both grew up in New York City, but we now live in Georgia to get away from the cold winters.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
Cocotal is a safe and gated community, and the grounds are beautiful and peaceful. Walking around you can really enjoy all that nature has to offer on this wonderful island. My wife and I fell in love with it.
I also want to play more golf now that I am retired, so it was a perfect match.

It is within the safe and gated community of Cocotal, which has a 27-hole Golf course, a clubhouse with a restaurant and bar, pool area with swimming pool and kids pool, pickle ball courts, sun loungers and Bali beds, lounge area, kidsâ playground,.
There is a mini market and bakery located within the grounds..
