Come enjoy your kelowna getaway in our family home, a short 10 walk from Sarsons beach and a 15 mins drive from downtown.
The home is a short drive to many wineries, parks, marina, markets , golf clubs, restaurants, shopping, hospital and close to many bike paths .
The ultimate outdoor entertainment and family fun with 6 person hot tub, BBQ, dining and lounge area and plenty backyard space.
The home has open concept living and has been fully renovated and with modern design and quartz countertops throughout . The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials youâll need to experience home style living.
The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, and can sleep up to 10 guests. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a sofa bed in living room ( double ) and another in the basement ( single)
The main bedroom has a king bed with large closet and ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a night table and vanity and large closet.
The third is an office we have converted into a bedroom with queen size bed and has storage space and night table.
The fourth bedroom is in the basement with open air concept.
The living room has a pull out sofa bed that turns into a double bed (perfect for kids or 1-2 adults).
The main bathroom is equipped with bath and shower with modern tiles all around. Washer and dryer in the laundry room with detergent provided.
We will provide you with all necessary towels ( beach towels as well).
No need to worry about parking for your vehicles, there is plenty of space for even motor homes, boats or trailer in the driveway.
Absolutely no smoking inside the property and no parties allowed.
We welcome your furry friend ! Max 6 adults+ children.
