Our Crescent Sands in Crescent Beach condo has recently been updated with LVP flooring and new living room furniture and is direct oceanfront with beautiful views of the ocean and beach. Unit comfortable accommodates 4 with 1 queen in the master bedroom and 1 queen in the 2nd bedroom. Unit features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and free Wi-Fi.

Crescent Sands of Crescent Beach is a six-story, low-rise vacation condominium building ideally located in North Myrtle Beach. Crescent Sands of Crescent beach is perfect for family and friends looking for less hustle & bustle and more relaxation while on vacation. Beautiful views

The balcony was so relaxing watching the waves and people. Appreciated the art work in the condo. Condo was extremely clean and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was great, location, comfort, cleanliness and Nicholas quick response to any and everything when I asked something pertaining to the condo. Just be ready to get your steps in (on 3rd and no elevator). Other than that everything was lovely. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay.

Here for a softball tournament for our daughter and it was a perfect spot. Close to team , shopping and places to eat. Plus the view was like a post card.

Peaceful

Condo was clean and updated for the most part. Positioning of the washer and dryer was challenging to use. Would recommend this 2 bed and bath condo to one and all. Relaxing 6 weeks. 4 stars!

Winter Trip

This was the first time the NMB. We found a lot to do during our stay. The condo lived up to or expectations. The view was amazing. Home had everything we needed. The only issues were the house still had a small fishy smell(think from previous guest) and the top lock was difficult to open and lock. We will visit again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great week! The unit is one of the best we have stayed in. Great location and very clean! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the oceanfront views. Our only suggestion would be to consider renovating the bathrooms. The en-suite bathroom is extremely cramped (I am 6'3") and could be reconfigured to increase room. We plan on renting it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The staff was very accommodating and easy to work with. We arrived right at closing time and they were more than willing to check us in so we did not have to come back the next day. We were pleasantly surprised with the condo. It was spotless and beautiful. The rooms were a nice size. The groundskeepers were always working to maintain the property. The building is locked which made us feel very safe. Our only suggestion would be to add additional chairs to the balcony which were not high tops. We spent a lot of time on the balcony and they became uncomfortable after a while.

Very clean and had everything we needed.

Plenty of space in every room. The kitchen has really nice updates with the counter tops and tile work. Plenty of plates, glasses and silverware; and all were good quality. Master bathroom fixtures were smaller than standard, but still perfectly adequate for our stay. We have rented other units in that same building and this condo was exceptionally clean! Even the balcony was very clean. We really appreciated being able to enjoy the view from the living room in addition to the balcony.

Great Location/Great Stay

We had a great stay despite tropical storm Debby. Location was perfect for beach access and the unit was really clean. The check in/out process was super easy. We would stay here again!

nice location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view is spectacular and the condo was updated, clean, and as described. The only thing missing were the little touches, for example, we needed a rug/runner at the entrance to help stop the tracking of sand/water. (Even though we always rinsed off when we left the beach, a certain amount always seems to find its way in!) It was great not to have carpet though, it was much easier to clean the floors. There are only enough towels for two per person, so when you're showering a lot from the ocean/pool, you feel like you're doing laundry all the time. A few more towels, (bathroom and kitchen) a couple laundry baskets, a few more kitchen items, these things would have made the stay more convenient, but the condo is beautifully decorated and very well maintained.

Wonderful location

We were pleasantly surprised at how cute the condo was. Tastefully decorated, beautiful well equipped kitchen, the property isn't a huge resort, but my husband loved the covered parking, and how close we was to the beach.. I guess the only negative, was the short shower heads .lol..but the first bathroom had great shower pressure that made up for the short shower.. Still a wonderful stay and loved the location of North Myrtle..

We would stay here again. there were a few things that needed repair and once reported they were fixed (except things the owner will have to purchase), but these things did not discourage how much we loved staying here.
